@TSB trying to make an important purchase online, usually will ask me to go into the app to authorise, but the app is down? So it's trying text codes instead... only these are failing too? Do we have an ETA on this being sorted?

@TSB That doesn't help with confirming payments, does it? Somebody somewhere needs to be escalating these to provide better comms - I appreciate this isn't your fault, but just repeating the same completely unhelpful message is adding insult to injury. What is the fix eta?

@ThePerfumeShop absolutely love the fact that I want to new Ralph's club new York theres stock in my local store. Yet I cannot go and by it because of @TSB being down and I cannot move money from my savings into my current account. Wonderful.

@tsb nobody can log in, and its telling us to RESET the memorable information and password. I HAVE RUN OUT of things to remember and you cant have the same answers twice... WHY? I have it all written down so its not WRONG information it just refuses to let me into my account.

Apparently @tsb are aware some customers are experiencing issues with their Mobile Banking app and Internet Banking. They’re sorry for any inconvenience and are working to resolve this as soon as possible. The generic response is almost as infuriating as the technical issues.
