@TSB Are Alex and Lesley both aware they are dealing with problem? Are you real people? I’m now thinking I’m replying to computer generated replies

@TSB It makes no difference what laptop or phone, which browser, etc etc your customers are using. The issue remains the same. Your security software is not allowing your customers to buy things online.

@TSB Still can’t find most of my Twitter conversations with Lesley and Alex. Will have to get one of my sons to show me how to access the thread. There must be at least 50 messages I can’t find. Ah well

@TSB Maybe @TSB could collate all customer workarounds to help with future IT debacles. Much more helpful than expressing surprise and no knowledge of what is happening.

@TSB And…. How many days later and your approve payment security system is still not working? Your advisors act as if it’s to do with individual accounts, it’s so annoying.

@TSB I have decided that I would like TSB to say there is a problem and they will tell their customers when it is fixed. It is the uncertainty of the situation that Is difficult. It’s very time consuming trying to complete my @Tesco shopping order multiple times over several days

@victoriacuckson @TSB Hi Victoria, can you buy online now? I’m having the same problem. Was it just John Lewis or other online retailers?

@TSB Oh that’s disappointing, I was clutching at straws then. So Your IT technicians are in the dark as well? Usually when companies don’t have in house expertise to solve problems they call in outside help. Contractors if you will. Expensive, but might be necessary. Nearly a week now
