@TSB What is the timescale for a failed debit card transaction to drop off your account? Retailer customer service has been terrible, they said 3 days initially then when I called back on the 4th day they said they had cancelled the transactions and would be up to 48hours

@beckasmith94 @TSB I experience same when my business account was disabled I thought it can't be fixed again, untill I was referred to @zaddyricher22 he help me to get it back in 50minute's He is experts in recovery any kind of account issue

@TSB No I won't DM you privately, people need to know how poor your service is. I am getting the same error message on this outtage as the one I got the last time & the time before that AND the time before that. "We are having trouble authenticating you device blah blah blah.

@TSB what's wrong with your internet banking now! I cannot make payments online due to the 'service temporarily unavailable'. I couldn't login over the weekend because your OTP text messages didn't arrive until I had given up and they were no longer valid.

@TSB I’m running the latest version of the app, I can login using the website but it’s not ideal, I have tried turning off WiFi and using Airplane Mode but it still doesn’t open

@TSB is there an issue with making balance transfers? I've tried a few times and it keeps saying unsuccessful. My boyfriend also has a card that he's trying to balance transfer to and that is also saying unsuccessful.
