@TSB Why are card authorisations not working? @TSB love to be enjoying the bank holiday weekend as implied but I've been on the phone for 1hr 30mins and your app authorisation and OTPs are not working!

@TSB What good is your Strong Customer Authentication process if your buggy app won't let us approve payments? How many 'temporary glitches' should any given app have?
