    @TSB @markevie Dm shouldn't be needed. Clearly there's an issue on the app on pay weekend AGAIN. Many clients cannot pay debts, or move money. Cost of living crisis seems to affect the banks too. Don't seem to have the infrastructure to deal with mass PAYE payments

    @TSB Absolute NIGHTMARE! This bank was having issues last week, now this week and no one is in the office because its sunday. They should sue their entire IT department for this mess as they made the most unreliable online banking in history.

    @TSB hi there I need to set up third party access for me for my Dad. Found the online form but Dad doesn’t have photo ID (pp expired and DL rescinded sue to his medical condition) how can we proceed? He is not able to travel to branch.

    @TSB what a surprise again tsb down again however, you can't "blame mobile providers this time" as I'm on WiFi I want this added to my complaint that already been handled disgusting already absolutely fuming with the service!!

    @TSB @macksonwakama I have exactly the same issue or says cant authenticate on this device. This is same end of month payday technical issues @TSB has ..every month is the same...
