    @TSB not everyone wants to use the self service machines. Stop trying to force it on us at every interaction - especially if I'm the only customer in the bank. Sometimes just accept its quicker and we prefer to use the counter

    @ian_mcnicholl As 35% of victims are male, this is unrepresentative It would be most helpful to indicate to male victims that the service is available to them as well I hope you might address this @TSB

    @TSB With a new account & debit card, do you need to do one “chip & pin”, as I’ve 2 issues now with your debit card. Couldn’t make an online payment last week, yesterday it worked as contactless, 2 Nd time it didn’t?😭 Very annoying
