@TSB This is really not acceptable I have tried to make several payments and have been unable to do so caused me extreme embarrassment with company I was trying to pay - I want a complaint raised banks should have propper systems to allow customers access their own funds and accounts

  • King_Dave_Toon David Grieve (@King_Dave_Toon) reported

@TSB You do know that there are a lot of people trying to sort out their tax returns this month? To have no access to either my personal or business accounts (again) right not is rather annoying. ERR174: Sorry, something went wrong

  • thebostonbox Graham Dodds (@thebostonbox) reported

@david93burt @TSB same thing for me - tried the app. and desktop site online via laptop.

  • EddieMcgeough Eddie (@EddieMcgeough) reported

@TSB Im not sure people appreciate the constant that is a scripted response. They would like to know when they can access their funds again...or at least an estimate.

  • LouisDowle Louis Dowle (@LouisDowle) reported

@THEAmyEdgar @TSB Honestly its so annoying, if there is a problem at least have the decency to tell us instead of these generic *** replies

  • Lisa_Marie_Carr Lisa 🌟💃🏼 (@Lisa_Marie_Carr) reported

@TSB Your system being down, again, is appalling. The regularity of downtime is concerning. Actions are needed as to why this keeps happening, not auto generated responses. Customers deserve access to their own money. End of.

@Luke51724941 @TSB @Beamishphotos sorry buddy, hope it gets sorted soon. You can tell I'm fuming by the amount of errors in my last response!! They can't just leave people with no access to funds - particularly if it's affecting cashpoints?!

  • Gavin_413 Gavin (@Gavin_413) reported

@TSB Just a simple ask. Provide a service that works.
