Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@TSB I tried to access my online account last night and couldn’t. I spoke to someone earlier who said they had to put me through to the fraud dept, but I hung on for an hour with no answer. I’ve tried twice more for over 30 mins with no luck. I need access to my account !!!!!

@Xero @jamesbrice20 @TSB At least up until last week we could renew the bank feed manually, but NOW we can’t even link it whatsoever!!!!!! I thought you said the increased price would bring a better level of service!!!!?!???

@Xero @TSB losing bank connection is one thing, but we now can’t even renew the bank connection for the last few days! Your default response doesn’t even cover this NEW problem!!!!

@TSB @Schultzh Why do you need more information, when problem is the same for majority of customers since Friday morning-verification text codes doesn't arrive!!!! It doesn't matter if you use app or website or whatever. It doesn't come. Just fix it and stop asking the same questions.😡😡

@janetplymouth @TSB the authentication not working on both my and husband`s accounts so we are not able to do an on line food shop and we both have Covid! Every time they do anything to their on line banking it goes down and no apology or any statement
