Ugh. Another @TSB outage. This time, not receiving MFA codes. Unable to pay for anything online at all. Please guys, I thought we were over all this ...

  • marciabigg Marcia Bigg (@marciabigg) reported

@TSB Its getting the one time passcode that's the issues. You aren't working hard because it's happening all the time. I've just had another passcode come through that is 30 minutes after the last one but that's nearly 3 hours since requesting it. It's not good enough.

@TSB Hopefully you will be up and running tomorrow or this will go down as a late payment from me.

@TSB your bank is a joke. Always having issues with online services, I don’t remember a day that you didn’t have some type of issue with your service. I will be moving to Barclays again, I really regret banking with you. You guys have a lot of thinking to do and you must change!

  • stegothedump Stephen Davidson (@stegothedump) reported

@TSB are you aware that your 1 Time password SMS service is taking around 2 hours to arrived. Which makes it useless? 3 purchases today I have had to abandon because of this problem.

@TSB @nitram74 Any ETA on the fix as I need to order my food and groceries, I need to get them online because of my Social Anxiety Disorder.

  • jaz_bun Jaz (@jaz_bun) reported

@stegothedump @TSB I had to spend 20 mins on hold to find out, for them to tell me to keep trying and it might work 🙄 - still no updates online/app on night two of it not working!

@TSB why can’t you give us the heads up when you’re having problems? Why do we have to look on twitter?
