Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

@TSB Bank transfers are blocked to. Surely you can put the responsibility on the customer with “are you prepared to accept the responsibility of losing your money” yes/no Rather than blanket ban to keep money within your banks own ecosystem

@TSB hi I’ve got to say I’m very disappointed with @TSB . This is the second year in a row I’ve tried to buy items from apple’s website to get an email saying to contact my card provider. I contacted @TSB call centre to be told that the problem is under investigation.
