@tsb communication is very poor . Have spent all morning trying to sort out a duplicate payment with the company - only to find out it’s (another) tsb issue

  • LottieHoughton Lottie Houghton (@LottieHoughton) reported

@TSB @connon1888 I have also had duplicate transactions and just spent an hour on the phone to a credit card company - as the advice on your website is to contact the payee for duplicate transactions! Please send out an alert to everyone and let us know when soon is!

@TSB I am very unhappy with this error on your behalf TSB. I find this extremely upsetting when i have read some of the replies you have issued to some costumers,we all have families, bills etc to pay and the fact you didnt even have the decency to email, call or a message. Shocking...

@TSB #tsb I’m embarrassed to admit being with TSB. After all their **** ups I have no idea why I’ve not moved. They took an extra £800ish today. I’m done with them

@TSB I am very unhappy with this error on ypur behave and you have replied to some costumers saying it could take weeks, you where quick to take money from vulnerable people, with families and bills to pay very disappointing from yourselves. Iam now considering another bank.

@TSB finding duplicate payments taken from my account this morning was not what I wanted. Sent me into complete panic. I can't afford to lose money wait 15 days to get it refunded. Don't repeat ur statement about knowing about the problem Just fix it #tsb #duplicate #refund

  • finnie_x Robyn Finnie (@finnie_x) reported

@TSB As soon as possible isn’t really an answer. We need to know when EXACTLY we will be getting our money back. Some people have been left with no money or help!

  • rose_glittery Glittery Rose (@rose_glittery) reported

@TSB This is completely unacceptable. People are struggling especially in this climate where people are having to make ends meet. I believe we are all entitled to some compensation considering there was a similar blunder last year which locked people out of their accounts. Fix up
