@TSB I reported this as fraud as thought my card had been cloned. Communication from TSB about the issue could have been made sooner to customers. Was this a security breach? Can you tell us why this happened?

  • jumpedupweeprik Danny Nickerson (@jumpedupweeprik) reported

@TSB I’ve just had my legs broken as I’ve no money for rent cause a yous

  • Kango_V The Jackhammer (@Kango_V) reported

@TSB @FionaCochran11 But, will you be transparent and publish the reason for the problem. And I mean a real breakdown, not just PR spin. Many tech companies do this and it actually builds trust. I'm waiting with baited breath

  • Sally42469227 Sally (@Sally42469227) reported

@TSB struggled 2 pay rent at start of month as had issues approving payment on app. No issues for you ripping it out for the 2nd time last night was there 🥴 Will we all be compensated for this? I loathe paying council tax in the 1st place so to see it taken twice is just cruel.

  • AGArtSci Ange & Cookie 💛 (@AGArtSci) reported

@LottieHoughton @TSB I'm switching banks immediately - if this can happen, what other issues may occur? Security breaches? I have zero trust in TSB now!

  • bexybeatdown Bexy Beatdown (@bexybeatdown) reported

@Watsley @TSB @TheSidman79 My thoughts exactly, nobody has once explained WHY this has happened. Is our money safe in the future, has their been a breech, just a glitch etc. I believe we all deserve to know why, not just sit back and trust they'll put it right. After all, it is OUR money.

  • gill_warr Gill Warr (@gill_warr) reported

@TSB Now I have the opposite issue more money has gone into my account than should have been refunded unless extra has gone in as compensation. Need to do my shopping tomorrow and scared to use my card because can't guarantee money will stay put in my account when I pay for shopping

  • GavinDaniell1 Gavin Daniell (@GavinDaniell1) reported

@onixonst22 @StephRd_87 @TSB Tbh i don't have many problems with TSB..yeah the app crashes now and again. I'll wait to see how they deal with what's happened before i consider moving banks.

@TSB How does a copy and pasted response help me?

  • milnesleftpeg Son of a Gun (@milnesleftpeg) reported

@TSB Not the first time something like this has happened, let's be honest here @TSB . Over the past few years there has been a plethora of errors that has put the customer in a financial mire. All customers should be compensated and all fees removed.
