    @nicholasphilp Yes. I got shat on after many years of good customer banking with BNZ so moved my accounts to @TSB and @KiwibankNZ

    @TSB Spoke to someone. Apparently you are having difficulties with debit transactions online. It's really not good enough one problem after the next every few months.

    @TSB Thanks, I will do that. If I have used my actual physical face to approve a transaction via an actual physical phone in my possession I don’t then expect to keep being inconvenienced by payment declines. Its a farce and a poor customer experience entirely

    @TSB again, problems with online payments, your customer tells me this is because the site I was using had 3d secure turned off and so wouldn't generate the otp code.. Not correct! I got the code within seconds... Maybe proactively notify of these issues in future?

    @TSB I made a purchase thru a website which has now been revealed as a scam site. Can I claim thru the bank as a refund?
