@shazia_dar @TSB I just wish, post the split, I’d gone to Lloyds. Never had an issue until @TSB have been at the helm. And canned responses, for an AI driven bot, doesn’t help.

@TSB I also find it laughable, that your social media team have been left with nothing but canned responses to issue to customers. I will be taking ALL of my accounts elsewhere as a result of this. You haven’t even sent me a personalised reply to my DM!!

@ArgosHelpers Hi, really hoping you can help. I’m trying to pay my balance on my argos card but it keeps getting declined from the bank, I’ve spoken to @TSB twice now who have authorised and cleared the payment, they are advising it is on your end. Please help.

The best option they had was to drive to a "nearby" branch (30 miles away) to make an appointment there. Then drive home. Then drive there for the appointment and drive home again. While dying from terminal cancer. @TSB, the bank that likes to say "**** you".

@TSB I’ve had 2 duplicates payments taken from the 2nd of March taken today, wiped out my very modest money I had left to last me till next pay day..! Now showing overdrawn 😕. I don’t envy the customer service teams who are the fall guys for TSB’s IT error.

@TSB Shocking really. How do you explain an issue like this? I've had payments made from the beginning of March come out again today... Absolutely shocking. How can that even happen? #TSB should be contacting us directly to explain this. I should have left ages ago.

@Scott_YMW @TSB Their online has been gubbed for so long now. But this is next level. Left a lot of people with no money in their accounts and then left them with no way to contact them. Awful service.

@TSB And I’m fortunate enough to have had some money aside to cover this - some people live hand-to-mouth each month and you might have taken all the money they had to buy groceries/essentials that they’ve not been able to access today. Really poor show from @TSB.
