@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB I used my card in a restaurant during the week and it was declined due to potential fraud. When I try to resolve this through your automated service, it times out because you have high call volumes. My weekly grocery shop has now been declined too. How can this be fixed?

Hi @Dekopay and @TSB, I had to cancel an order for something because of a data formatting mismatch between your two systems. I lost out on the thing I was trying to buy, and a retailer lost a sale and a customer. Not very good.

@TSB @TSB no need! You won’t fix it anyway. We had the same conversation every month and you were fixing your mess but just temporarily. Yesterday I was told that you were fixing the problem out of courtesy. Bad customer service! Your card is in the bin!
