@TSB I am a disabled man with a disabled child if debit card has to work or we don't eat its that simple. Its been off and on for THREE days and I am at my wits end trying to get through. This is outrageous service. I suffer severe PTSD and anxiety. PLEASE HELP

@TSB have you issues with phone lines? I've tang 3 times this morning, been on hold 7 mins and call drops. Tried customer support number, rings once and ends call. I need to speak to someone!!

@TSB I'm trying to pay from my TSB current account - this shouldn't be a problem. It's the first time I have had this additional level of security, and it is now preventing me from paying my credit card bill. I pay it off to avoid paying interest & wont be happy if it costs me now.

@TSB Thank for contacting me, I've already decided I won't be banking with you any more because you've been outrageously poor on this issue and his behaviour was the last straw. So it would be a waste of time.
