Shocking service by @TSB, had a phone call scheduled 12.30pm, 7th June, they ring at 1.35pm and I was too busy by that point and I said I can’t talk, as I write this, I have heard nothing with no attempt at contacting me at all 😡😡 #shockingcustomerservice

@TSB which competing bank would you recommend to switch to? I'm looking for three things which you can't seem to provide: -ability to log in without errors -ability to export statements without errors -being able to access my money when I want to, not when your website works.

@TSB this is now getting beyond a joke. It’s happening far too often. Tried to transfer money all day to my grand daughter. Thank you TSB for letting a member of my family down. Maybe now is best time to transfer my money.
