    @santanderuk @TSB Whoever looked at the ID couldn't understand maiden name had changed despite marriage certificate being sent nor could they prove my daughter *** infact my child despite several forms of proof. Eventually got an apology for the error but she's closing the account now.

    @tsb can’t access online banking again and not hanging on the phone for so long I end up getting another £40 phone bill so what are you doing about it

    @TSB @Prosserd68 It's really not business as usual as my card has been blocked again meaning I cannot use my card while abroad Unsure what's the point of using TSB with such a poor service and even poorer customer service I contacted through chat to unblock my card over 30 hours ago, no reply

    Anyone having issues with @TSB ? Sent money, not showing in transactions but has left my account as balance is £0 but not in receivers bank. Can't even use chat as it's down. So tired of how much this bank is unavailable. Time for a switch
