    Hi @TSB . I am having problems making online payments where I have to receive a verification code by phone. I mentioned this is in a tweet question a couple of days ago, which seems to have disappeared - I am not making this up. The numbers the system offers are not my numbers!

    @TSB abs disgraceful online banking system! Want to set up biometric login you have kicked me out. Using recovery/reset & you are telling me what you are sending me is wrong!! WORST APP out there!

    @keswickbootco It's a trend we are unable to stop. My local @TSB had 8 service counters & lots of space with charming ladies for help & assistance. It now has 2 service counters & if you need someone to speak to you have to phone a call centre for an appointment two weeks away - Ghastly

    @TSB_News @TSB @CommissionerDA According to ONS (government) statistics, 1/3 of Domestic Abuse victims are men, but there is next to no support and awareness for male victims. Will your support and campaign be inclusive and highlight male victims too?

    @TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.

    @TSB Thanks. After the chaos of previous upgrades you can understand why I have little confidence and then not getting paid once didn’t help.

    @TSB Patience?! Like I had a choice? Believe me I was NOT patient I was furious & left without access to any money to buy my son calpol this morning! I couldn’t login to my account until almost lunchtime 😡 it’s a joke!! TSB are one of the worst banks I’ve been with 😤
