    @TSB Internet banking and app still down since this morning! This is frustrating as need to pay my rent and can't. Please fix this ASAP

    @TSB As of five minutes ago, still down. Can I have any kind of estimate as to when this will be resolved? Preferably not the copy and paste response you've been using all day from 'Tom' and 'Rich'. Cheers.

    I really hope @TSB don't charge their customers an account fee!! People can't approve payments, pay bills or simply access their own cash. Poor service that's happens far to much. Get it sorted.

    @TSB @Br7do Some customers!!! If you can’t service your online banking properly, you should not have closed most of your branches.

    @TSB I have received a text saying that a payment has taken my account into an unarranged overdraft! Because your app is not working at the moment, I am unable to move my money from one account to the other so that I am no longer overdrawn! I better not be charged for this!!
