  @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked access to online banking unless various ID demands and proof of earnings are met? You say it's the law, but I bank with Barclays and NatWest and haven't had to do this? I don't see how it's only necessary for you?

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  @TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

  @TSB for a couple of months now my app is freezing when opening and I cannot access my accounts. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. Is this a known issue?
