@TSB a number of duplicate payments have appeared in my account (similar to what happened in March). All identical duplicates of payments already made on 15th Sep. Is this known/widespread and can you give an estimate for a fix time please?

@TSB I doubt the version matters—but I’m using IOS 15.6.1 at the moment. Just to add that I tried to turn on text alerts using a laptop today (used my work machine) but the page on text alerts doesn’t have any content—just a blank page. Think it’s broken.

@TSB hi, I recently purchased teeth whitening strips,and never received them, I now believe it is a fake site as there is no way to contact them or if it is the emails are undelivered,
