All credit to your social team, @TSB. The lousy "chat to us" function and the mortgage customer helpline, not so much. On hold for 6 mins so far (this time).

Quarter of an hour on hold now, @TSB Mortgages. You need better customer service / more customer service advisers.

Lovely @TSB advisor on the phone. There’s now no way to pay in physical cheques unless you spend lots of time & money getting to your closest branch, as the @PostOffice method gives no proper receipt. Had an account with you since I was 16; now time to close it down sadly. 😡😡

@TSB what's best way to contact you (as chat in mobile banking is still inactive). I opened a current account and used switching service but incentive hasn't been paid yet

@tsb When will the Haddington branch be open again ? you have abandoned your local customers and offer no help or information. It`s bad enough the branch is only open 3 days a week normally. You should have people in 24/7 fixing this. Will it be open before Christmas ?

@TSB said: "Our findings show this is a particularly difficult time for younger people who are much more likely to turn to debt to get by. @TSB is ready to help with any advice they might need and we’re already contacting some customers to signpost them to the support we offer.

Te @TSB issues were caused by the vanity of @BancoSabadell who were obsessed with showcasing thier IT platform. They certainly did.

@TheVocalSausage @TSB @AvivaUK I don’t know if you saw it, but your insurer reached out to you on here. I was insured by Chubb, and they were wonderful to work with. My only comment, do not store your belonging in a pod, take them to a secure, climate controlled site.
