  @TSB I dont think its the Internet because its happening whether im connected to WiFi or using my data. Must be a problem with the app itself.

  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  @TSB visited Edinburgh branch - machines say you can pay in cash - you can’t - hence end up in long queue for service
