  @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

  @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?

  @TSB Haven't been able to access TSB app today, have tried downloading it again and it has made no difference. Internet access is fine too, there is no message on login, indicating work is being done on the app?? I'm assuming the problem is at your end. ??
