@TSB No error messages no. It looked like the page wouldn’t load properly and the approval button wouldn’t work. It’s not a service I require and if it’s going to be permanent I shall move my accounts.

@garye1969 @breamas @TSB I’m glad to hear this isn’t just my problem. Just had a problem with app and payment approval. Buttons “dead” in approval section. Payment timed out.

@TSB I’m still sat here waiting, having been told quite curtly to sit down and wait. Is there really any point in taking this any further, when the branch is closing down anyway?! The management at this branch have always been rude, and it’s not the first time we’ve all complained. 😡

@wrathy777 @TSB What was the error message you were having? I’ve had online banking for a few months now but got logged out and now can’t seem to log back in. Keep getting ERRSCA02 code on the website when putting user ID in.
