    @TSB I have received a text saying that a payment has taken my account into an unarranged overdraft! Because your app is not working at the moment, I am unable to move my money from one account to the other so that I am no longer overdrawn! I better not be charged for this!!

    @TSB If the person I'm trying to help develops serious complications bc you can't answer a phone for over 30 minutes, I'm taking you to court then switching banks This is intolerable service You should be ashamed

    @a514ley @Chris75780713 @TSB Plus this is constant. I have issues with online banking weekly and sometimes daily. I’m disabled and it’s a mess. First thing money morn my son is taking me to change banks. It’s not dramatic is seriously disruptive.

    @Pink_Sock337 @TSB I’ve started to keep a record of each time it’s affected me! It’s getting ridiculous-I currently can’t make payments nor can I access my online banking!
