    @TSB my account is overdrawn to bank error but yet nothing can be done this is shambolic to say the least! If FSU say you can only have 3 payment plan a year it’s a joke tbf

    @TSB why is its that after hours of 'oops sorry try again later' I can now at least log in but my credit card has disappeared?! Seriously getting sick to death of this poor service, keep closing branches but dont have the web service to pick up the slack!

    @TSB Few years back TSD had same issues. I took my personal and business accounts away but left credit card only now I really feel it was the right decision
