    @TSB I set up my support staff's pay to go out today and two payments are still pending. One of my staff has had a bill bounce back and will affect her credit rating. Quite rightly she isn't happy with me. I'm furious, your online system is shocking and I'd never recommend TSB

    @TSB Thank you, Alex. I'm all in favour of doing what we can to prevent fraud so I support the general principle. I am however concerned it will raise false positives in my case as I use different keyboards for Mac, Windows and Android - I therefore type differently on each!

    @TSB Not YOUR fault - but NOT GOOD ENOUGH .. rather than provide a better service after closing a nearby branch, this branch reduced opening times creating large queues inside and out (during Covid), recently put up notice on door changing opening hours without warning or amending web

    @TSB Poor decision. I suppose the share holders will be happy with this money saving excercise. You are ruining high streets and communities. Your SE1/SE16 customers will now have to travel to Peckham or Bethnal Green to do their banking and this is good customer service???

    @TSB I have a business a/c and so cannot pay in through ATM, it is also Tax payment day for Self employed, and other sundry business- though the real point is the lack of service in the East of Glasgow since a nearby branch was closed. The accessibility of this shettleston has reduced

    @TSB once again !! .. Shettleston branch is closed - this time apparently due to power failure ; though all the lights are on, and rest of street unaffected . Absolutely sick of this NON service - it’s now affecting my business ; using St Vincent St is not an option for many !!!

    @BermondseyBeat @TSB @Southwark_News I think the nearest bank branch now will be Barclays on Tower Bridge Road. A real shame for local residents. Access to in person financial services should not be a postcode lottery.

    @TSB I’m due a refund via bank transfer from a closed account. I called 3 times last week, each call was an hour & I was told the transfer had been made and the money would be in my new account in five working days. It’s the fifth day & it’s not there? Please can someone help.
