@TSB Sophie why are you still asking the same question that's has been asked for days? I couldn't access 4 days ago, had to uninstall the app to install again, won't let me complete authentication process, the same issue 4 days ago, I'm off for a week next week, can see me switching

@TSB when people are telling you that your app isn't working why are you asking everyone the same question, why not issue a response being honest and advising us your systems are down. I have even tried your Internet banking and that's a shower of S**te as well. Come on!!

Trouble with @TSB - "We weren't able to do that. We're having trouble trying to authenticate your login." Wouldn't be too worried if I wasn't having to confirm a payment for electric which is about to go on emergency. Neither me, my wife or our daughter can access our accounts.

@TSB I have DM it happens on both Android and Apple devices...now you cant even get to log in screen....what is the issue? why is @TSB not inform customers that there is a non-issue and flag this so everyone is informed & more importantly when will it be fixed? Shocking communication!
