  Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

  @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

  @TSB unable to log into the personal banking app - error says "oops, something went wrong" which isnt one of the options in your problem reporting webpages.

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

  @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  @TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.

  @TSB for a couple of months now my app is freezing when opening and I cannot access my accounts. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. Is this a known issue?
