    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @TSB Why does tsb every few months have issues with it's app or accessing online banking. It's not even funny anymore really. Poor reliability is a constant with this bank

    Not sure if anyone on iPhone is trying to access the #TSB #TSBapp without any joy? It your using ‘Log in with FaceID’ try just going to ‘Log in’ and put in your memorable information - logged me in straight away 👍🏼 @TSB

    @TSB It’s literally constant, always an issue with it. Raised a complaint last time and pretty much told by your complaints team I had made up the fact your services we’re down as they said it was fine. I’m so so annoyed shouldn’t be this difficult to check a balance or move money!

    @TSB It wasn’t working yesterday and still isn’t working this morning no matter how or when trying to log in. Trying again in a few minutes is not the solution.

    @TSB So sick of your useless app going down. Couldn't log in yesterday, same issue persists today. When will it be resolved? I can see from the many tweets you have received that this has been a problem for a lot of your customers. Not good enough.
