    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @TSB unable to log into the personal banking app - error says "oops, something went wrong" which isnt one of the options in your problem reporting webpages.

    @TSB can't get on to online business banking or through the app. Online says its an incorrect user ID but it isn't and the app says oops sorry something went wrong try again later. Is your system down?
