If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

When you do get a human, no notification they’ve messaged so they close the chat down! And tell you to start again!
