    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @TSB unable to log into the personal banking app - error says "oops, something went wrong" which isnt one of the options in your problem reporting webpages.

    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @technologytotea @SwailesRuth @TSB Automation has gone too far already imo. It has led to a rapid decline in customer service e.g Boots/all utilities/Evri etc etc Hate it. As for those wretched virtual assistants 😵‍💫😵‍💫

    @TSB someone has fraudulently applied for a personal loan. I have been waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to report this. Can someone help me please

    @MorganBroadcast phone and card stolen, savings taken the bank said must have written pin down- can now see how they got it. Went to financial ombudsman who got @TSB to remove fraud indicator as they said was complicit!! Very horrible situation and lost a lot of money and bank accused me of fraud

    @TSB My 82 year old mother has been trying to make an online transfer. So far, she (we) have had 5 unsuccessful attempts. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the fraud dept, with over 30min wait on each international call.
