  Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

  @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.

  this in turn will allow @TSB to then provide information to a credit reference agency lowing your credit score which allows you as the customer credit to service a debt you may have at a better rate and being conned in to being locked into a full term with TSB 4/

  @TSB However you guys blocked my card. I have called the fraud team and provided all details and I am being told my card won't be unblocked and that I am not using a secured website when I am 100 percent sure I am in the UK government website.
