    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @TSB unable to log into the personal banking app - error says "oops, something went wrong" which isnt one of the options in your problem reporting webpages.

    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @TSB I've been unable to login to your android app for the past two days on WiFi or mobile data. Seems like lots of people are having these problems but service status still says everything is ok. Is there an update?

    @TSB Hi Julia, just tried the app and it appears to be ok now, the same thing happened yesterday ! and again this morning. I've used this app for several years and rely heavily on it for transferring funds, checking balances etc. Also could not access Internet banking. Unreliable TSB

    On holiday and @TSB app has been down for over 24 hours. I cant authentication transactions, check balance or move money between accounts to pay for things. Disgraceful

    @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

    @TSB I only have mobile data no Wi-Fi. Cannot log in by computer as I don't have one. I have arthritis in spine. On benefits. My elec pre payment meter has run out. No elec now. Cannot get to shop to top up elec. I rely on your system for internet mobile banking for everything.
