    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @TSB unable to log into the personal banking app - error says "oops, something went wrong" which isnt one of the options in your problem reporting webpages.

    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @OliAshman @TSB You only need to look back in history when things were better in order to fix it. 1. Ditch workplace pensions as a requirement. People need to learn to save themselves and not be nannied. 2. Ditch employers NI. 3. Ditch min wage. Don't like the pay, change jobs.
