    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    I’m so glad @TSB told me to call their switching line for support. So far they’ve picked up the line twice and I’ve sat and listened to their personal conversations for 20 mins with no acknowledgment of being on the phone and a third time they’ve picked up and hung up on me 😡

    @TSB why is its that after hours of 'oops sorry try again later' I can now at least log in but my credit card has disappeared?! Seriously getting sick to death of this poor service, keep closing branches but dont have the web service to pick up the slack!

    @TSB Thanks but a stock answer isnt particularly useful. Just let your customers, who frankly see app and online banking issues monthly, know when we can expect our FULL accounts to appear again.

    @TSB I am aware you are having issues with your mobile banking again. Mine works, but my credit card has magically disappeared from my account (both in the app and via browser). Same holds true for my husband. These constant problems with your mobile banking are deeply worrying.
