@santanderukhelp Refusal to meet. I could take a screenshot and photograph in 2 photos prove theft. Value shown from two sources. Also have the video so I know exactly what happened clipped exactly what happened, since I cannot log in I'll move my business and money to @TSB I am a customer there.

So again @TSB have declined my granny's weekly @Morrisons delivery because they think the activity is suspicious. Pro because yesterday she renewed her @tvlicensing. It blows my mind a high street bank treats a 92 year old customer with enough to buy shopping 1000 x like this

@santanderukhelp @TSB From the 25 or equivalent number July there is a £300-£600 discrepancy there is also private data 2017-25. And errors on the account like mooring Apple ID months old. An account to that date for missing finances show and my claim of exactly what happened prove money and Info take

@TSB New customer. Initial problem with the app. Account now open thanks to a video call. App is awful. You get no notifications. Of 3 payments from her account today (5 hours ago) only 1 has gone through yet the money has gone from her account. Zero support from the developer 😤

@TSB got a refund cheque from you. Your app doesn’t scan your own cheques 🙈 Uve closed all branches near me so 30 mins each way minimum for £11.38. Called ur helpline, asked to enter last 3 security digits of my card. I don’t have my wallet as I use Apple Pay. Any help?
