  What ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB

  @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬
