@TSB I was promised an answer and response by the 6th June and still haven’t had anything, not holding my breath, but thanks Alex, I know it’s not your fault. The treatment I’ve had from TSB has been hurrendous. Genuinely terrible.

@TSB just travelled to my only branch opened on a Saturday, shettleston Glasgow, to be told they don’t have a counter service on a Saturday! So u r closing branches left right and centre but can’t have a counter service opened on a Saturday. Absolute shocking customer services!

My local branch of @TSB has closed down. My nearest branch is now a 15 minute drive away. I don’t drive. I’m disabled and don’t use public transport. TSB remains one of the banks that won’t take cheques online. Time to switch to a more accessible bank. Recommendations please.

@TSB I have tried to pay for something through moonpig and my app and you r still refusing my card. I have been with you for nearly 30 years yet your service remains crap...I'll be changing banks. You continually stop my card whilst abroad.. Horrendous service...2nd world app
