@TSB are you going to answer to question to my last tweet,is it legal for you to send a default notice to a wrong address meaning the customer can't respond to it within 14 days because they are not aware of it.

  • tinataylor79 Tina Taylor (@tinataylor79) reported

@TSB sat in the TSB branch in Liverpool waiting to do a simple signature with my son for his savings account. Another 7 people also waiting with simple queries. Why can’t there just be a normal cashier desk service instead of a strange waiting room scenario? Customer service?

  • TonyDra61431085 Tony Drake (@TonyDra61431085) reported

@TSB are you not going to answer my question, happy for it to be in the public domain. So again is it legal for you to send a default notice to address a customer hasn't lived at and unable to respond to it because they are unaware of it

@TSB Hello There’s been 2 appointments over the last 2 weeks which I’ve committed to during my lunchtime at work. Both @TSB representatives have failed to show. Is there a dedicated team within Customer Services that can assist please?

  • TonyDra61431085 Tony Drake (@TonyDra61431085) reported

@TSB 3rd time of asking,is it legal for you to send a default notice to a wrong address meaning the customer isn't aware it has been issued, meaning you have broken the consumer credit act 1974 87(1)

@TSB hello there …. We’ve been trying to get through to customer services for over two hours. Is everyone on holiday? SOS!

  • onthebench2 onthebench (@onthebench2) reported

@TSB why are you blocking dm's ? when there are no answers on yr website ?

  • JacquiYoungKer1 Jacqui Young-Kerr (@JacquiYoungKer1) reported

@TSB How come I've been unable to use debit/credit cards online since Monday. What's the point of having money in bank if you can't use it. Your customer services contact via phone is useless. Your Facebook messenger service doesn't appear to pick up messages.

  • blairlucy2 Maureen McDonald (@blairlucy2) reported from Stittenham, Scotland

@TSB trying to transfer funds from your bank to another. Appears to be a problem each time I try to do this!
