    @TSB Any update? It has been a full days working hours since you have tweeted a single update on this case other than basic automatic responses. A lot of people have lost a lot of money, myself included. 100% as soon as this moneys back I am leaving this terrible bank.

    @TSB I checked my balance this morning and thought it was lower than it should be, and thought surely the bank won't be wrong. Now can see in the news about duplicate payments being made? I checked and yep. I've paid power bill twice and possibly another one. What's the fix time?

    @TSB Absolutely ridiculous. I'm £145 down. Bank is meant to look after your money, not do this. Worst bank ever

    All my fellow @TSB customers just spoke to them again, all accounts are to be made right over night. I advise you all to lodge formal complaints as well, as it will then help when going to the obsundman. But the agents are giving out an updated time frame now. #TSB

    @TSB No, I prefer to keep it public for now. It appears you have a major glitch in your banking systems, and as a customer of yours I would like your assurance that all the incorrect payments that have left my account will be rectified correctly.
