@mezzocheryl @currys This country is just becoming an appalling place to live in terms of actual customer service, because it’s a very rare thing. Hope they sort it out for you Sweetie. Wish me luck as I now spend the whole day getting to my nearest @TSB to pay in a bloomin cheque. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@TSB Just a basic standard account so I can transfer my mums funds. Why offer an ‘apply in the app’ function because it’s ‘faster’ when all it does is take me to the website?!?

  • beefysaurus Stuart Bridges 🫥 (@beefysaurus) reported

@TSB I have to open a new account but the website says use the app and the app just takes me to the website and tells me to use the app. I need to do it for bereavement and I just want to know where I have to go to get this sorted as this is trying my patience.

Apparently my bank are the ones who decide when I get my money back but the whole thing is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if it’s @Tesco or @TSB holding onto my money, but the whole thing is awful
