@TSB How long has your Internet banking service been available or what year did it start? If I guess 2004, does that mean that for 18 years u have been considering introducing download statements for Internet business banking? Or was the service previously available then stopped?

@TSB Why does your website say to call up to decrease my overdraft but when I just did I was told that I need to make an appointment in a branch? I'm not going to a branch.

  • edale_b Edale House B&B (@edale_b) reported

@TSB Also used microsoft edge, direct via website, same error.
