@TSB pls help. Trying to have my card unblocked after a fraudulent payment was taken from my account. Tried to call through but unable to speak to an agent.

@TSB you blocked my card, then unblocked and approved transaction. Then immediately blocked my card. You rang twice just for two seconds with no caller id. Customer Service states same thing, will call within 24 hours . Very poor service. Get your act together

@TSB I have sent the photo. My son who is also a tsb customer has also just tried to deposit a different cheque on his own account and is also unable to do so with the same error code

@TSB I don't understand why TSB accept log in details for weeks, then decide they're not valid, and you have to have an extra password, and tell them the device is your own again.
