  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  @TSB thanks for letting me know you became part of Santander four days ago. I shall be closing my account tomorrow, fifty years after opening it. I left Santander several years ago after announcing their DEI credentials which was more about the staff and less about the customer
