    @TSB Why are payments sitting pending on my account that have already been paid. They have been there for a week. Originally there were 7 of them, now down to 4. It has caused me to go overdrawn when I know I am not.

    @TSB No point now as the payment needed to be made so we had to make alternative arrangements. This is not the first time the app has played up. We are going to look for another account that looks are their customers and actually provides a service

    @TSB No cheque . Been into branch and been told payments get bounced back to love holidays . They have given me ARN numbers proving TSB have my money . Online chat is just a robot . No one wants to help . In branch tells me one thing online says another . Terrible service

    @TSB I have just tried to pay a bill on my online banking and it says the payment may have been unsuccessful, I have funds so I’m not sure why this has happened? It said service temporarily unavailable, are there any issues with online banking because I don’t know what’s wrong!
