@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB trying to register for online banking, memorable information is so broken its locked me out. Try to contact customer service to be passed round by bots, when agent finally answers I don't get chance to respond before they disappeared

@BBCNews I was in @TSB a couple of weeks ago and an elderly gent was taking out a large amount of money for a builder. I was really impressed with the staff making sure the builder was legit and looking out for the customer without patronising him.

@TSB Been on the line an hour!! This is disgusting, you must have lots of fraud going on, we can't go to a branch cos you've closed it down and we work full time, came home and been stuck on hold, it needs sorting out 🤬

@TSB I tried a Chromebook and a Windows laptop with saved and new search. I eventually got in by googling customer service then sign in after over 30 minutes of trying. I see from Twitter that I'm not the only one. This is not the first time this week.

@TSB You certainly did but it was a complete waste of time-still have no access to my money and your department was of no help at all. As soon as I have access we will be closing our account and moving to a bank that has an ounce of respect for its customers. Keep well clear of #TSB !
