    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

    @TSB block on card and I get out thru to fraud help centre mombai , really deplorable customer service , now on call for 40 mins . Been a loyal customer for years and now moving.

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @TSB 5 wks ago I visited TSB in Glasgow city centre to have a direct debit camcelled. Was told a block would be placed on it, so why am I still being billed? You going to refund the 45 pounds I've paid this month - for absolutely NOTHING!??
