    @TSB please explain why you have no facility to ask a general question on your website & why your telephone system is impenetrable. I've been waiting to speak to someone for 25 minutes just to ask where to send a cheque. You closed my branch so I can't take it there 1/2.

    @TSB what is the point of having a Chat function in your app, that asks you to describe the issue while waiting for an agent ... then promptly closes the conversation each time you describe the issue. A continual loop wasting time.

    @TSB I am very fed up with my inability to manage to to talk to anyone and get an answer to why I can't tranfer money from my current account to my ISA. I get the error 24299: We're sorry, but the funding window is now closed.Itsays I can transfer 20,000.This is a rubbish service

    @TSB I’ve had a shocking experience regarding fraud on my debit card - it’s impossible to get through on the phone to speak to anyone about it, constantly on hold. And why don’t you have the option for mobile notifications whenever a debit card is used, as offered by most other banks?

    @TSB Don't go with this bank. The customer service is disgusting. If you have an issue they won't pick up and if they eventually do after over an hour they say they can't hear your call due to your connection. So sad how a high street name has ever up in the gutter like this
