@TSB DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU HAVE TAKEN DUPLICATED PAYMENTS FROM OR DO WE NEED TO GET IN TOUCH TO LET YOU KNOW? HOW LONG UNTIL YOU FIX THIS ISSUE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT DATES YOU TOOK DUPLICATE PAYMENTS FROM - IS IT JUST 2ND MARCH OR ARE THERE OTHER DATES. SOME ACTUAL INFO WOULD BE NICE TSB!

@TSB I’m aware of the issue with Duplicate payments and having checked my account last night, I’m roughly £60 down. Not much compared to some. I can’t quite work out where my duplicate is, and it’s not showing as a pending payment, but it’s gone somewhere!?

@FionaCochran11 @TSB I actually went through the problem with @AmazonUK accounts dept (who were great btw) and they confirmed the payment left them once via Visa. It's all TSB!
