    @TSB Sophie… I think it’s clear looking at all your account tweets that multiple people are experiencing the same thing. It’s obviously some internal IT issue… no doubt you’ll reset something but it’s just so inept.

    @TSB hey guys. Your security is terrible. You won’t accept keychain secure passwords and then you ask security questions anyone can google about anyone. Not good

    @TSB U r closing the last branch close to where I live. U av never asked customer's 4 their opinion u just use footfall data n the excuse ppl r going online more. Bad show n it will backfire leaving customers isolated.
