    @TSB customer 10 years +. The answer to paying a friend in Azores for long delayed holiday was, after nearly 2 hours of questions, we can't help you 'use PayPal'. Any suggestions for alternative bank likely to treat me like a valued human rather than irritating script failure?

    @TSB Serious stress! We need to register LPOA in respect of terminally ill in-laws and your online/teams process messed up and wasn't appropriate anyway! Darlington branch is laughable - not even answering the phone. Need to talk to them today, preferably now. Can you help?

    @TSB Bamber Bridge , Preston . I was told the cash dispenser does NOT make errors , to think about how much i put in as they would have to close the bank and reconfigure machine .then a guy overheard contradicted him opened the machine handed over MY £20!! CS training needed !

    @TSB I long does it take to move from "I'm sorry to read that" to anything at all being done to address a complaint from a 10 year plus customer? Or don't I figure in anyone at @TSB performance indicators?

    @TSB Thanks Alex, then why does your generally well known to be terrible online banking system accept a weekend date, why not just have a system that greys out unavailable date ?

    @TSB A saved payee who I have been sending payments to frequently has suddenly disappeared from online and mobile banking. Can you help please ideally reinstate the saved payee or if not, let me know the sort code and account number from the last payment so that I can recreate?

    @TSB is there an issue with payment approvals in the app? I’ve tried taxing my car 5 times in the last hour, used different browsers- gets to contacting your bank, says open app & go to payments to approve.. nothing
