@TSB dumb it down if you will or like you have done everytime I've called you on this... But the app is down again!!! This is recurring at least 3/4 times a month. Albeit its for a few hours, but seriously? How can it still be crashing? It's the Internet banking too not just app

  • BermondseyBeat BermondseyBeat (@BermondseyBeat) reported

@TSB Poor decision. I suppose the share holders will be happy with this money saving excercise. You are ruining high streets and communities. Your SE1/SE16 customers will now have to travel to Peckham or Bethnal Green to do their banking and this is good customer service???

  • boabsmith45 michael smith (@boabsmith45) reported

@TSB The sign says “until further notice” … and there were no staff visible from the street - the service from this branch is virtually non existent and there is no longer a nearby or suitable alternative #notgoodenough

  • Pyramidadi Rewilo (@Pyramidadi) reported

@TSB Bruh i still cant log in

  • MarcNicholson6 Marc Nicholson (@MarcNicholson6) reported

@TSB I got a letter to say my branch was closing down but it was sent to my grandmothers address. Does this mean there is an account in my name registered to this address with the bank? I moved my own accounts years ago.

  • TheCatOutEast Cattaaaaaaaaaaaaa (@TheCatOutEast) reported

@TSB Why don’t you have anyone who can help with Whistletree remortgages. What a farce. We’re about to move providers because you don’t have any staff

  • RicBell4416 Ric Bell (@RicBell4416) reported

@harveyandy @TSB @Xero Our accounting company sorts all our payroll so this might be a problem. Is that what you mean by 'other users'?

  • boabsmith45 michael smith (@boabsmith45) reported

@TSB Etc etc etc TSB have abandoned any kind of face to face customer service, despite using that very selling point in marketing only a few years ago !!

  • waseemtechy Waseem Tariq (@waseemtechy) reported

@TSB needs help with a transaction, please check inbox

@BermondseyBeat @TSB @Southwark_News I think the nearest bank branch now will be Barclays on Tower Bridge Road. A real shame for local residents. Access to in person financial services should not be a postcode lottery.
