    @TSB I don't want my debit card limit to be raised to £100. Your automated service doesn't have an option for this, nor does your on-line banking help service. Can you tell me how I go about keeping the lower limit.

    V poor customer service @TSB Paid off credit card balance transfer 3 days before 0% deal ended, but their system pays off 0% deals that still have months to run. Despite phoning, they can't see any problem with this, even though it could cost me £100s in interest @MartinSLewis

    a month later and @TSB @TSB_News still did not solve my issue with the app. Can't login, can't do anything. Awesome bank.

    @TSB Thanks Andrew my neighbours 92 and 81 needed this help.TSB Somerton had not heard of the scheme,and I doubt if the bank would help them do the forms anyway.There is plenty of time for them to make the application if they can learn to use a laptop.

    @TSB spoke to an advisor who has put me in a queue to the fraud team over 90 minutes ago and line is still just ringing endlessly. Am I in a dead queue? Can you help me please as my card won’t work in person or online because of this!

    I’ve now spent at least 3 hours in total waiting for @TSB 📞 my issue is STILL not resolved and my card is STILL blocked after I’ve completed everything I was instructed. Terrible service. #tsb #tsbbank. @TSB_News
