@Amy_McCaffery @TSB Ah right I see. It’s a proper **** on like. Could have been much worse. My pending transactions are just those from yesterday. Potentially my phone bill, I’m not sure! Hope they sort yours soon like, £200 is a massive amount!

@TSB This bank is a joke. Constant problems and never get to speak to a single person. It’s happened to everyone I know that has a TSB account and it’s not ‘some issues’ it’s a very serious issue

@TSB I am very unhappy with this error on ypur behave and you have replied to some costumers saying it could take weeks, you where quick to take money from vulnerable people, with families and bills to pay very disappointing from yourselves. Iam now considering another bank.

@TSB how long till our money goes back into our accounts we are a family if 4 with 39p left after your error and have no electric credit left and are unable to top up due to your error you have had plenty time to credit peoples accounts why should the customers suffer
