Of 3 payments from her account today (5 hours ago) only 1 has gone through yet the money has gone from her account. Zero support from the developer 😤

There's even a page on your intranet called "common proteo error messages" with all of my workarounds on! Staff still use 6 years later!! You haven't fixed a thing!
