@TSB We got through once, lady said she couldn’t help and hung up on us. This happens every-time we go abroad working. Absolutely had enough of never being able to get through to someone when we have problems. Will be moving banks now

Hi @Dekopay and @TSB, I had to cancel an order for something because of a data formatting mismatch between your two systems. I lost out on the thing I was trying to buy, and a retailer lost a sale and a customer. Not very good.

@TSB your bank is appalling. Customer service is non existent. Business card frozen on Tuesday & we’ve been on hold for hours trying to get through to someone that can sort the issue since then. Calls get disconnected after 50mins on hold. How are we supposed to run our business

@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!
