@TSB your entire CX is failing across all channels. You've taken £100s of duplicated payments from my account, your online login is down, and both your app chat & automated helpline are stuck in a horror loop. Ofc there's no human in sight. Appalling treatment of your customers.

@TSB bank has taken transactions out two times, first time was two weeks ago and now today! Nothing but issues with this bank lately 😡
