@TSB I have had the worst customer service call ever, My card details have been used without my permission and they could not tell how the card details were stolen and how @TSB was going to stop this happening again for a third time asked for update to investigation to be told NO

@TSB I have now managed, something was obscuring the message area and I removed it. My entire day has been ruined & I now face a further two weeks abroad where I am in doubt as to whether I can draw money & you offer no support won't even refund the 4 calls I had to make today!

@TSB I'm so bloody sick of this, tried again to register for use the app...it's bloody farsical, still can't access it. If I want to know my balance I have to go to the cash machine. The website is always down.

@TSB my disabled father cannot access his closest branch which is 50 mins drive away since you closed the branch in our town. He has a cheque which can't be deposited on the app. How can he get this money into his account. He has a classic plus account but no deposit option

@BBCNews I was in @TSB a couple of weeks ago and an elderly gent was taking out a large amount of money for a builder. I was really impressed with the staff making sure the builder was legit and looking out for the customer without patronising him.
