    @TSB @MartinSLewis please help!TSB won’t let my wages go in.I have no money,a family to feed and support,mortgage coming out yet Iv done what they have asked for n they can’t tell me when they can sort. I’m so upset, don’t know what to do or who to turn too and knowone will help

    @TSB a number of duplicate payments have appeared in my account (similar to what happened in March). All identical duplicates of payments already made on 15th Sep. Is this known/widespread and can you give an estimate for a fix time please?

    @TSB why can’t I set up text alerts? I’ve tried both the app (IOS version) but there’s no sign of the option there. And the desktop site just takes me to a blank page??

    @TSB Your Sheldon branch needs more staff. Only one person on the counter and they have to accept a G4S delivery. Queue out the door. Cash acceptance machine not working.

    22/04 of this year I raised an issue with @TSB oh so many promises of customer service will get in touch etc. They didn’t, so, bye bye I’m going with another bank that doesn’t discriminate against disability like #tsb #notdisablityfriendly

    @TSB It’s an iPhone, so IOS. I’ve even tried using browsers that open the desktop site by default—no use. Just goes to a blank page and you can’t get out of it without closing it. Which means you then have to log back in to online banking. I don’t have a laptop or desktop computer.

    @TSB hi, wonder if you can help. My car insurance is with direct line and i am having issues with my direct debit. They say they are requesting it and it is being returned by you without being paid. Who do i need to speak to as direct line say everything is set up there end?
