@TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

@TSB the app. Local store is closed for refurbishment. Currently £60 out of pocket from unauthorized payments and more pending which I can’t speak to anyone about. Completely unacceptable level of service.

@TSB No , I don’t know as I couldn’t log in. Only found out via email the next day . So made payment then . It if I get any fees or tsb cc remove my 0% it’s tsb fault . I was told by cs you’d cover any fees

@TSB I've had my credit card completely maxed out for nearly £3000 in 3 transactions in Dubai, somewhere I have never been and your service advisors are refusing to refund me as they don't see this as fraud. Can you explain this please?

@TSB I just received a blocked payment notification from you about a shoe shop in Japan, looking at my online banking the last statement for the card was October 2021, is this a false alert (as the credit card is semi-closed)? how do I close down my creditcard account?

@TSB You @TSB are a complete shambles nobody has any idea what caused the problem on your online application form. Nobody has the decency to look into to this correctly. I am off to the Ombudsman and goodbye
