@TSB is there an issue with online banking? I've been trying to log on since yesterday & it keeps saying ERRSCAO2: Sorry, something went wrong.

  • TomLickley Tom Lickley (@TomLickley) reported

@TSB Thanks Rich for your help and quick reply. For feedback to your team, this kind of thing seems to happen far too frequently with TSB compared to my other current account - appreciate you want to keep things secure and fraud free, it just seems over zealous too often.

@TSB are there any issues with your website? I cannot logging into my account. It keeps saying it’s incorrect password or memorable information.I reset it like 4 times thinking that maybe it was not correct or I forgot but after the 3rd time I’m starting to think it’s not me!

  • globaltowsswot Dario Trinidad (@globaltowsswot) reported

@TSB No. There is no error. Only the Continue button is grey. My address is still the UK one. Maybe is related.

  • SarcasticParrot GoodGuy (@SarcasticParrot) reported

@TSB I hope you can help. I am desperate. I am on first holiday with my wife and nephews. My wife is disabled and an ATM has swallowed my bank card. Is there anyway to get money out of bank without a card as I literally have no money. Thanks.

  • TomLickley Tom Lickley (@TomLickley) reported

@TSB Hi, why have you suspended my account for a perfectly legitimate bank transfer, then close your phone lines at 9pm so I can’t unlock it? Is there not a simpler way, e.g allowing me to approve thing transaction on the app or with a code? Please help.

  • PaulaMAllison Paula Allison 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@PaulaMAllison) reported from Kilsyth, Scotland

@TSB I don't understand why I need to deregister? I can get online fine via the mobile app just not via the website which I need as you can't do international transfers from the mobile app.

@TSB What's happened to my 5 working day acknowledgement?

  • MichaelJWMax Michael John Wormald (@MichaelJWMax) reported

@TSB No Not at all What you should say is "Oh remembering a 10digit password of random numbers & letters IS a bit difficult to remember" & "I see the password buttons are obscured!" THEN you escalate the problem to management! #CustomerService is part of everyone's job! DO IT!
