    @TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

    @lisaminot @TSB Hi Lisa, have you double checked the number to call on the text against the number to call on TSB website - it maybe one number different , if it is it’s likely to be fraud . Any card payments authorised today will show in the pending section of your account .

    Both the online banking app & online banking @TSB website aren't letting me in and reporting that they're experiencing issues & I should try again later. So many IT issues with TSB over the last few years since they split from Lloyds - what's going on?
