    @TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

    @TSB Now beyond a joke..my entire online banking facility is locked, with zero justification and false promises of calls. This looks very much like a move of spite against a switching customer.. I WILL complain, and will also write up my whole experience for the @financialombuds

    @TSB I mean..this response says it all really doesn't it Alex? Not your fault personally, but what kind of service is that? I've done absolutely nothing wrong, passed all security, TSB frozen my accounts..and clearly expect me to spend HOURS trying to contact you. What a joke outfit

    No fraud has been committed. There was never any basis to believe any fraud was committed. I merely attempted to transfer £5k from one of my accounts to another, passing all security. How can @TSB justify locking down all my accounts, my internet banking..then be uncontactable?
