@TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

V poor customer service @TSB Paid off credit card balance transfer 3 days before 0% deal ended, but their system pays off 0% deals that still have months to run. Despite phoning, they can't see any problem with this, even though it could cost me £100s in interest @MartinSLewis

@TSB 50 minutes waiting on the phone trying to get through to the fraud department as they blocked my card!! This is my 3rd attempt now each took 40 minutes then get cut off. With no call back either!!! Absolutely shocking service !!!

@TSB what is the point of having a Chat function in your app, that asks you to describe the issue while waiting for an agent ... then promptly closes the conversation each time you describe the issue. A continual loop wasting time.

@TSB I've been trying your fraud department on the phone and can't get through. Waited over 1 hour every day this week but still no answer. I would appreciate if you could get someone to answer the phone. Unbelievably crap service.

@TSB horrendous service from your end. My transfers have bounced back three times and account overdrawn. Why does your bank not accept payments from overseas customers all of a sudden.Really poor customer service. Never had any issues before this year u have really let me down
