    @TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

    @TSB Gonna have to start paying people to stay at your bank at this rate every second weekend and every pay day weekend ... what are yous up to. Like seriously many times do yous need to inconveniently shut down an app and get away with a ooopps sorry .some time sorry just don't cutit

    @keswickbootco It's a trend we are unable to stop. My local @TSB had 8 service counters & lots of space with charming ladies for help & assistance. It now has 2 service counters & if you need someone to speak to you have to phone a call centre for an appointment two weeks away - Ghastly

    @TSB Can you switch off the card check system this time I went to buy breakfast last Saturday when online was down and was asked to go onto my online banking to confirm (which I couldn't do)

    @TSB What's up with logging in to online banking? I had the app on my old phone and I recently got a new phone, entered all my details correctly and entered the OTP and it throws an error every time and says it will block my account if I try again. Same thing on PC too.

    @TSB I just had a text message from you stating my card was blocked as there was suspected fraudulent activity on it, I then received another text from you stating where the card was used & how much was being spent. Could you confirm that these texts are the service you provide?

    Hi @TSB . I am having problems making online payments where I have to receive a verification code by phone. I mentioned this is in a tweet question a couple of days ago, which seems to have disappeared - I am not making this up. The numbers the system offers are not my numbers!

    @TSB spoke to business banking team the first time and was told it was unsuccessful as we didn't click the ltd company box, can't understand why? so nobody is going to help us then?

    @TSB TSB ref: 8814006 My mother-in-law with impaired mobility is waiting SINCE JULY for a £900 cheque. She has struggled into your Aberystwyth branch 7x but is told that they cannot help as the Dept dealing can only be contacted by email. Please help, £900 is a lot of money.
