Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

It's the first time I have had this additional level of security, and it is now preventing me from paying my credit card bill.
