Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

Worgen we gonna do? (@worgenthedog) reported@TSB @TSB all I want to do is check if I can upload the new documents rather than go into a branch that is nowhere near me. I'm in the NR31 postcode area. Can someone help a new customer?

Katie (@paterson_07) reported@TSB Hi, is there an issue with faster payments? I’ve been trying to transfer money from another account that I do regularly and it’s saying TSB don’t accept faster payments. I’ve never had this issue before, thanks

Paul (@unsynq) reportedWhat ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB

Richard Hyland (@richardhyland) reportedOf course @TSB is down, it’s payday and people actually want to use their banking services. It’s becoming a joke

Oli Ashman (@OliAshman) reportedIt "kicked off" a little bit in the local @TSB bank this morning. A lady was complaining loudly about not being able to pay money in at the counter after being directed to use the machine, the guy at the machine was getting frustrated with it and ended up punching it! The queue were complaining amongst themselves about how the bank only had one window open. I kept quiet because I knew people wouldn't accept why it is like this in most UK businesses. People cost too much to employ, successive governments has made this more and more expensive so businesses have no choice but to cut staff. Most of the UK's current problems is down to staff and pension costs. The only way to improve this is: 1. Reverse the employers NI rise 2. Raise the age employers have to auto enrol and contribute to pensions for staff 3. Link minimum wage increases to inflation, capped at 5% and collared at 2.5% If the 3 measures above were enacted the UK would feel like it is improving as time marches on and in 10 years time the situation would feel a lot better.

Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.
