@TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

@TSB I managed to log into my account, but couldn't clock on anything. I had to shut down the tab to log out and now when I click "log in" I just get an error message. Are you having problems?

@TSB @unsynq It is every week. Not good enough and this has been down for hours now it took you 3 hours to twig on there was even a problem. We feel like we are all getting the same automated responses.
