@TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

@TSB @TheSun Don't bank with TSB folks, I was a victim of fraud a week ago and still haven't got my money back. Several calls to the bank and shocking customer service who just like transferring you to several departments!

*Insert funny joke here* Punch line @TSB fraud and investigations team. 2 weeks and still not fulfilled a single promise, leaving us in debt and without a way to warm our home with 3 kids and 2 disabled adults. Please make people aware of the poor service of this renowned bank.

@TSB my partners just set up an online banking, it set the account password as random letters and numbers before we had a chance to write it down, kicked us out and now we can’t log back in. telephone says can’t connect call, we have two password attempts left, please help!!
