    @TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

    literally been on the phone for an hour talking to @TSB for the women to rudely cut me off an say it’s the end of the working day now so i’m going to go i’ll call you back tomorrow like wtf? how unprofessional

    @TfL I used my bank card in error yesterday. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

    @TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.
