    @TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb
