Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I havenโt the time or energy to call again and shouldnโt have to.

Clock it (@EmancipatedTym) reported. @TSB will send debt collectors about an amount I supposedly owe TSB yet @TSB canโt give me access to my savings account which has more than the amount I owe, to repay them! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! How about you use that money and settle the debt and we all move on with life

Lois Sandwich (@lois_sandwich) reported@TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

Paschal Ochang (@pascosoft) reported@TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.
