    @TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

    @TSB are you aware that your 1 Time password SMS service is taking around 2 hours to arrived. Which makes it useless? 3 purchases today I have had to abandon because of this problem.

    @Chelss_1992 @TSB Well I knew there were issues because when I called their phone bank to make some payments it said there were long wait times and down detector was showing problems. Luckily I was able to do what I needed to do but would have been useful to know what the issue was.

    @TSB your bank is a joke. Always having issues with online services, I don’t remember a day that you didn’t have some type of issue with your service. I will be moving to Barclays again, I really regret banking with you. You guys have a lot of thinking to do and you must change!
