Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

Your customer service rep hung up when he asked for help. All that sensitive information was released without a signed for/registered post. What are you going to do?
