@TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

@TSB your computer-says-no attitude is preventing me from completing my house purchase. So thanks for that. Absolutely appalling service. Will be closing my account as soon as I can get my money out.

@TSB @tsb 'continue' button on 'check your details' page produces a logout. you have a fault. Stop ignoring it and get it fixed by the people you pay to fix faults.

@TSB @swsamweaver Just run into this issue today too Farcical There should be an option to enable it, even if it means a call to the fraud prevention department. I know what I'm doing as far as cryptos go. The worst thing is, I purchased another cryptocurrency today using my account with no issues

@TSB Not my favourite bank today. Banked with them for over ten years , never overdrawn. Applied for a Mastercard to replace a card I always clear monthly and been declined. I'm not sure what sort of customer they want. Perhaps they want debtors to borrow from them.

@TSB don't know why you need my details. I'll do it when I get round to it. Anybody else reading this - don't click 'continue' when asked to check details, you get logged out. Go to details screen and then click 'back to accounts'. Do every time as website is faulty.

@TSB Hi Gino I sent complaints emails using the form on your website - one resulted in the account being "properly" closed, as it was only partially closed and the next time the person told me I would stop receiving letters and emails, I've received a cyber advice email (all text).
