Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I havenโt the time or energy to call again and shouldnโt have to.

You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
