    @TSB hello, I've just been on hold for a long time waiting to report fraud on my account. I spoke to a very nice lady who put me on hold but after a couple of mins the line hung up. This is the 2nd instance of fraud in 2 weeks, please help

    @TSB @TSB why has a payment I've tried to make been denied despite the fact I had to go into my online banking app to approve it? Used my fingerprint ID verification TWICE and that still wasn't good enough. Called 2 of your customer service numbers. Neither were useful. :(

    @Zeheart_Aznable @Thimble99137638 @TSB Remember the 'dodgy purchase' was a lodge ... Im 52 and could always drive distance safely home .... I was in far linconshire .. roads very slow ... and realised as older no way could get home ethically safe. It was a £45 travelodge on the A1. Cards cancelled .. stranded,....

    @TSB I am not able to login to NetBanking. Spoke to customer support and recreated login id. It works only once. Next time when you try it says Id or password is incorrect. Thank God I have my mobile banking up and running, but real shame that both don't work.

    @TSB i made a payment for my credit card and it is only paid today wtf , am gonna have to change banks if you clowns cant manage a payment in under a week **** never mind 2hrs, do explain??

    @TSB Can't dm you? So deaf mum shops online. Needs to update mobile number. I try. Online banking doesn't register. I phone them twice. They guess. Doesn't work. I phone branch. Speak to Terry at Swansea. He again suggests sending phone code. She can't hear. Please help.

    @TSB please stop send me emails suggesting I need help getting back into my app or using internet banking. Not using it because you stopped paying interest!
