    @TSB I've already done, told to appeal, and the appeal got rejected. I went into a branch and they could not help me. They said there is nothing I could do, there was no manager to talk to at the Byres Road Glasgow branch I went into yesterday, I was told to check my credit report!

    TSB closed far too many branches its incredibly difficult to get an appointment, I have to drive miles to visit a branch, then get treated well below by someone in the call centre. Branch staff took 70 mins to get through their own call system & sort the problem. Bye bye @tsb

    @TSB Yes Alex we have yesterday evening after your staff advised me via twitter there’s nothing you can do to resolve the situation like I’ve said this is terrible service and @tsb should be ashamed of themselves

    @satnam6502 @TSB If their stupid algos prefer to lend money to people with bad credit scores, no income, large debts, or whatever else, they are just screwing themselves up. Just let them do their **** and disappear.

    @TSB internet banking page isn't loading and getting a 502 proxy error on your status page. Any ETA on fixing this?

    @TSB I’ve still not got a response from customer relations, my account is still being closed for not a good enough reason. No way to contact the complaints team, the only response I keep getting is my msg will be passed on and it will take upto 8 weeks for them to review my case

    @TSB I am trying to make a purchase online, when going to process the payment, the website asks me to go in to my mobile banking app and to the payments tab to authorise the payment, however when I do so nothing on the app pops up or anything to approve
