  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & ‘TSB’ bots wanting direct messages to ‘help’ ie scam can get lost!

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday
