    @TSB and @Xero can you two please sort your services out so my husband can get on with running his business! Blaming each other isn’t customer service… So time wasting for small business owners working hard! Please talk and fix the problem between your platforms. Thank you. 🙏

    @TSB - two weeks and we still cannot successfully connect our bank feed to @Xero , this is a nightmare due to imminent VAT return needing to be processed. Can you please take responsibility and fix this issue ASAP. Moving to @StarlingBank otherwise. It’s beyond a joke now

    @TSB tweeting on partners behalf not on twitter. She went into local branch went through process for new credit card on 27/09 Still hasn't arrived. Appealing service why so bad?
