    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     As rather than paying well over their current minimum minimum terms you will end up paying their minimum terms placing yourself as a customer on a persistent debt register then switching @TSB from providing false info to non-false info to credit reference agencies 3/

    Wow @TSB reporting fraud & you want me to contact the merchant?! I don’t know who that is that’s why I’ve reported it as fraudulent transactions !Absolutely atrocious service for someone who has been a customer for 32 years! I will be closing my account immediately

    @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks
