@TSB It’s working now thanks for the reply. Just some customer feedback though, this seems to be happening quite a lot in the recent months and it really is very inconvenient. I am tempted to move elsewhere.

Anyone having issues with @TSB ? Sent money, not showing in transactions but has left my account as balance is £0 but not in receivers bank. Can't even use chat as it's down. So tired of how much this bank is unavailable. Time for a switch

I'm wondering @TSB how my 'local' bank (about 15 miles away) is meant to answer my call when you don't let it ring more than 5 or 6 times before directing me to your basic telephone service, which can't answer my query?

@TSB can you explain why your customer service is so woeful and your handlers don’t know what they are doing you rejected a payment early hours to Jet2 and a few hours later verified it was me so I then had to unblock my card you are now holding £838 of my money please explain
