Trying to open a joint bank account with my husband who is ALREADY a TSB account holder but…the terms are a bit old school and we couldnt open the account. @TSB just lost a customer, more like TWO but I bet it’s not a big deal ay @TSB ?

@TSB Sure, I took a screenshot of the message that appears when trying to log in and when I called it was machine saying no one will be able to use automated service either 😔 I just want to eat and go to work my patients are waiting for their medicine, to be fed etc this isn’t fair

@TSB I will DM. I've spoken to a TSB rep on the phone, they say they know there is a problem, they don't know how to fix it or when they will be able to. Not great.

@TSB due to your timing of “maintenance” across all apps, automated services etc. I have been left without access to my money and unable to get to work at this present time. I’m a nurse and due in at 0730am.. also can’t eat til it’s fixed.. can I ask for suggestion on what to do?

@TSB Even though i'm leaving after 15 years..I'd welcome the opportunity to speak to someone senior with actual policy powers within the org, to go through the many and varied issues I've had..to help you save more customers who will leave. It is so, so bad, honestly.
