@TSB A classic plus..i log in verify go back to merchant and press continue then nothing loads for ages... my mastercard and bank of Scotland account have no issues like this and certainly everytime i use this card it flags this issue no matter what website..its infuriating

@TSB Oh that’s disappointing, I was clutching at straws then. So Your IT technicians are in the dark as well? Usually when companies don’t have in house expertise to solve problems they call in outside help. Contractors if you will. Expensive, but might be necessary. Nearly a week now

@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

@MoneySavingExp, the information on your website for this @TSB product is incorrect. There’s no cashback and there’s a £999 product fee. The information needs to be checked and updated, otherwise it will misinform more people

@victoriacuckson @TSB Thanks for the reply Victoria, I don’t bank online, so it’s the security validation software when you make online purchases that’s the problem for me. I have discovered that it’s only when an online purchase is above a certain value that the security validation kicks in though.
