  @Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

  @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2

  @TSB Now, for the 2nd time this year I find myself unable to log into the app bacause it is 'unable to authenticate' my login. Please explain why this is happening repeatedly and why despite a promised investigation I received no results or an explanation from TSB.

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB The app freezes. Constantly. And has done for the past 3 years even after updates and new phones. It’s ****. You know it’s ****. You’ve done nothing about it.
