    @Butterballllz @TSB I mean Iโ€™m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and itโ€™s now half past and Iโ€™m still on hold

    @rossmalco @TSB She didnโ€™t know sadly, their IT team are working on it. Poor woman sounded very down trodden already by 0845.

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises ๐Ÿคฌ

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB Yes I'm now able to login but frankly Im done with this ****, every week this bug reappears and now I'm just going to nationwide, **** your bank and your shite services, it makes sense that the worst bank to man is now buying out your bank.

    @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.

    Wow @TSB I called you today because YOU sent me a letter asking for my help. Your call centre staff were so inept, uninterested and unprofessional that I started to think this might be an Indian call centre scam
