@Butterballllz @TSB I mean I’m going to ask for compensation because the amount of times their app and website have failed and left me unable to access my own money is ridiculous! I called at 8am sadly and it’s now half past and I’m still on hold

@TSB instead of the generic "we’re aware of some issues around duplicate payments and we’re sorry that you’re experiencing this. We’ll refund any duplicate transactions as soon as possible." How about an actual timeframe as to when we are getting our money back.

@TSB Any update? It has been a full days working hours since you have tweeted a single update on this case other than basic automatic responses. A lot of people have lost a lot of money, myself included. 100% as soon as this moneys back I am leaving this terrible bank.

@TSB The fact that we are all getting the same reply about you knowing about the issue is a bit ridiculous we know you know what we want to know is what you are doing about it and when we will get our money some of us have kids to feed and bills to pay.
