    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB I’ve been trying to claim the final part of my switch from last August from yourselves, but still no further than I was a month ago. Please help! I also complained about this & havent heard back.

    @SpencerKingham @Barclays Ive been locked out of my @TSB app for months, they wont help me, keeps saying my fingerprint and memorable info is wrong.

    @TSB Just want to say thanks for wasting my lunchtime today. Went into local branch with a cheque to pay my credit card bill early (advice from website) only to be told no cos statement hasn't generated 😡😡😡
