    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB Thanks but a stock answer isnt particularly useful. Just let your customers, who frankly see app and online banking issues monthly, know when we can expect our FULL accounts to appear again.

    Shockingly poor customer service from @TSB, sorry sir we haven’t got time to count out your loose coins, my mistake I thought you were a bank that people deposited money into.

    @TSB been on hold twice for 30 mins, no answer. My cards been blocked and I have no access to my accounts 😡

    @FrancesFinnShow @TSB Certainly less than five minutes for good, valued Customer Service. My biggest gripe is people/businesses who phone me and do not leave a message when I'm not able to answer the phone. Why did they phone me in the first place if they didn't want to talk??!!.
