Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

  • SmartassShannon No Added Sugar Baby 🍬 (@SmartassShannon) reported from Tottenham, England

The @TSB Tottenham branch customer service is absolutely shocking!

@TSB I’m trying to approve payments on my app and this is not working , can it be looked at

  • Sarah22013154 Sarah (@Sarah22013154) reported

@TSB hi. Is there an issue logging into online banking? I get an error code of ERRSCA02 on trying to login. I logged in fine yesterday.

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB No need to be sorry, there is no confusion. Your security software is blocking online purchases and you need to fix it. I have called your customer service department and they have logged the circumstances specific to me. This does not appear to have helped. At all.

  • sarannej Floweroscotland (@sarannej) reported

@TSB Still nothing. Same problem with a frozen button.

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB I do not believe anything I say or do is going to fix the problem with your security software. The only upside of this for financial services in this country is the fact that TSB don’t have many customers. Otherwise this would be headline news.

  • davemac1976 davemac1976 (@davemac1976) reported

@TSB The fact I also have to wait for an access code to be texted to me before I can even access my account just adds to the annoyance. Is there anyway of opting out of this?

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB Yes, I receive an SMS code, but when I use it to verify the purchase, alongside the requested email address that generates yet another error message

  • Mickneal74 Michael neal (@Mickneal74) reported

@TSB You won’t fix the issue , everyone says they will , but nothing happens and every month something else is wrong

  • yorkshireblondi Stacey Dawson (@yorkshireblondi) reported

Anyone else have nothing but issues with the @TSB bank website?! It’s EVERY TIME I try and log in!! #useless #poor #disappointing

  • Sueruss55 susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported

@TSB Now, this is the thing. You keep asking the customer to do things with their hardware and software. Why? To engage and pretend you are helping. The problem is with your security software. It’s all very exhausting.
