Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

@TSB See what I mean? At the start I said every time someone has issues receiving the OTP despite having the correct phone numbers on your system your response is to direct them to another payment method rather than get the OTP issue fixed and you literally just did exactly that

@TSB I can do online banking, but to report a problem with your system, I have to phone during office hours. if you are looking for continual improvement, you should have an email address or some other online method to report faults. Online banking, but not quite 24/7.
