  Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

  I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

  @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

  @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

  @TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

  @OliAshman @TSB You only need to look back in history when things were better in order to fix it. 1. Ditch workplace pensions as a requirement. People need to learn to save themselves and not be nannied. 2. Ditch employers NI. 3. Ditch min wage. Don't like the pay, change jobs.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎
