    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

    Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

    I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

    @TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?

    @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

    @TSB you guys need to seriously stop with the over protection. I get it, I do... but why the hell do I have to access my app to approve EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT!!!!! im not in a position to access it but I need to pay. Your over protection is hampering my ability to do stuff

    @Neccccy Get Yer asre to FXXK away from away door am born and Bred in this country just Been To The @TSB Branch in Edinburgh But My ID is not Good a nuff for them but you come over here in a boat way no ID they open a bank account no problem for them. But Me Totally Different Story @TSB🤬

    @TSB Yes your holding thousands of pounds in my Ltd company name. I can’t access this as all other accounts with you are personal. Your cheque that you are sending is in a Ltd company name . So no chance of cashing to my personal name. No notice just closed the account. 🤮🤮🤮

    @TSB very poor service. My Dad (77 year old and dyslexic) has had a TSB account for many decades. He was contacted this week to say there was suspicious activity on his account but he thought it might be a scam. He went to his local branch who said it was genuine...

    @TSB Apparently I requested to have my account closed. (I didn’t) The call centre can’t help me because I have no debit card, or active account to bring up my details.
