    @TSB App crashes on trying to launch it, iPhone SE was the only device with an older version that was working until it unfortunately updated itself to the latest so have no devices able to launch the app.

    @TSB @BALLETTEG This is not working either. No matter how you try it. The direct website search or bookmarks. Rather tedious now, all the issues with apps and the website.

    @BALLETTEG @TSB I would ask if @TSB are happy with their service, this screen is a common occurrence and their suggestions and DM's are often wide of the mark. Failure to load the screens and frequent 'one time/ passwords all make for a poor customer experience.

    @TSB You certainly did but it was a complete waste of time-still have no access to my money and your department was of no help at all. As soon as I have access we will be closing our account and moving to a bank that has an ounce of respect for its customers. Keep well clear of #TSB !
