@TSB Already replied to the 'customer service' email. I've not had any further response - probably because it was sent by your automaton, Sue Webb, who assured me that TSB don't use scripts whilst glaringly using a script in her response. The paradox may have caused a fuse to blow.

@integrar what a poor customer service! 7 weeks of follow up and No response to phones calls, emails, complaints or messages. Why does @TSB use them as a conveyancer! @TSB - you should look into this as it reflects very poorly on you.

@TSB Current call 31 minutes. I have done security again ringing 03450758758. I am talking to a woman in the "fraud" department asking me about recent entries which I have been unable to see because YOU have restricted my bank account access ! Please. GET IT SORTED !

@TSB why is it so difficult to solve a small problem YOU have created after I answered your QUESTIONS HONESTLY & been punished as a result ? You are expecting me to "fill in a form" that I cannot access because your systems are designed to be used by PCs & LAPTOPs. My access is
