@TSB How do I know my problem is also your problem? Can you give an estimate how long this will take to correct? I checked just after midnight to check that a payment went through, it was showing signs of vulnerability even then. I need to make a payment like this morning.

@TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.

@TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?

@TSB It’s actually making it more annoying copying and pasting the exact same response to everyone on this thread. We know you’re sorry, we know you’re working on it but to have a banking system down all day is ridiculous- where is your disaster recovery plan for these instances?!
