    @TSB [2] ... been a single response to any customer tweet - You haven't even put an update out on your own Twitter feed! You have a duty of care towards your customers and you're failing miserably right now. The lack of communication is just incredible!

    @TSB my husband took our 2 teens in to upgrade accounts. Customer service was a farce! Teens are now questioning why they bank with you. You have lost 2 very good customers. #Rawtenstall

    WtF @TSB instead of the social media hype around flashing your rainbow flags why not get them online, sort out someone answering the dam phones, the OTP system isnt working correctly and no ones answering the phone. 😑🀬🀯

    @TSB So, a couple of days to contact me re a complaint, acceptable, a week less so, 4 weeks, this is a joke and unacceptable. Zero customer service. TSB don’t care

    @TSB Not receiving OTPs when trying to log into the website and app, you closed down all the branches even remotely close to where I live. I now have zero access to any of my accounts. What do I even pay you for?

    Once again another day ruined by @TSB Been a customer for many years. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Received TWO letters today about something that was resolved last week. Hoping to start my graduate job soon and then Every Single Account with be moved.

    That’s it, I’m done. @Kevin_macm we are moving banks. I’ve had to use @TSB online banking a lot recently as we are mortgage hunting. The useless site infuriates me every time. Absolutely terrible! And now I’m in a bad mood.

    @TSB website down again? Different devices, different connections, different browsers, cookies cleared and all I get is 'This site can't be reached'. Can access any other website including other banks!
