  @TSB Sophie why are you still asking the same question that's has been asked for days? I couldn't access 4 days ago, had to uninstall the app to install again, won't let me complete authentication process, the same issue 4 days ago, I'm off for a week next week, can see me switching

  @TSB your whole banking apps are down again this really isn't acceptable when you can't log in via an app or via a laptop when will this be rectified?

  @TSB Absolute NIGHTMARE! This bank was having issues last week, now this week and no one is in the office because its sunday. They should sue their entire IT department for this mess as they made the most unreliable online banking in history.
