Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon.     @TSB Online payment system still not working. It would appear TSB IT support only works 9-5 Monday to Friday. Heaven help TSB if there is a cyber attack or mass hack like Optimus at the weekend

    @TSB @kilersmurf666 TSB, what the hell is wrong with your one time password system? My wife and I have been unable to buy urgent shopping online for 48 hours. Please fix this urgently. I can't even make my purchase over the phone direct with the shop as your system still requires a OTP. 🤬

    @TSB when will your online payment function be working again?. It changed from approval in-app, which was painful at best, to now a SMS one time code that never arrives! Are you going to inform customers?

    Tried to purchase online - requested a one - time password from @tsb The password didn’t arrive via text, so I cancelled down the order. @tsb why have I now received the (now invalid) code TWELVE times in the last 10 minutes?

    @TSB @TSB - code sent through this morning, 12 hours after I needed it - and now, trying again to place the order, same thing happening - no code being sent. What's the problem?
