Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Newcraighall, ScotlandPlease people do not use the absolute nonsense that's @TSB. Finding out that your 93 yr old house bound granny isn't getting her weekly @Morrisons delivery because suddenly after 5 months of it happening TSB decide it is suspicious and block the transaction is not what you need

Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Newcraighall, ScotlandSo again @TSB have declined my granny's weekly @Morrisons delivery because they think the activity is suspicious. Pro because yesterday she renewed her @tvlicensing. It blows my mind a high street bank treats a 92 year old customer with enough to buy shopping 1000 x like this

Oli Ashman (@OliAshman) reportedIt "kicked off" a little bit in the local @TSB bank this morning. A lady was complaining loudly about not being able to pay money in at the counter after being directed to use the machine, the guy at the machine was getting frustrated with it and ended up punching it! The queue were complaining amongst themselves about how the bank only had one window open. I kept quiet because I knew people wouldn't accept why it is like this in most UK businesses. People cost too much to employ, successive governments has made this more and more expensive so businesses have no choice but to cut staff. Most of the UK's current problems is down to staff and pension costs. The only way to improve this is: 1. Reverse the employers NI rise 2. Raise the age employers have to auto enrol and contribute to pensions for staff 3. Link minimum wage increases to inflation, capped at 5% and collared at 2.5% If the 3 measures above were enacted the UK would feel like it is improving as time marches on and in 10 years time the situation would feel a lot better.

LaughingGravy (@LGravy15834) reported@TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?
