  So again @TSB have declined my granny's weekly @Morrisons delivery because they think the activity is suspicious. Pro because yesterday she renewed her @tvlicensing. It blows my mind a high street bank treats a 92 year old customer with enough to buy shopping 1000 x like this

  Please people do not use the absolute nonsense that's @TSB. Finding out that your 93 yr old house bound granny isn't getting her weekly @Morrisons delivery because suddenly after 5 months of it happening TSB decide it is suspicious and block the transaction is not what you need

  @TSB Will do, but your over-zealous security methods, whist appreciated, are a massive pain. As for the level of service & advice, I don't see TSB winning any 'Pride of Britain' awards they're so fond of sponsoring, nor have I witnessed any of the helpfulness you boast in your ads.

  @TSB @HunterJay67 A previous CEO stated "some customers" during a past outage and he was sacked. This impacts "all customers" so learn by your mistakes, be transparent and honest with us. Don't be a Boris.

  Recommendations for a decent bank for business purposes? I'm @TSB as soon as possible. Never has an online experience forced me to switch companies but I just can't handle the constant website downtime and failure to integrate properly with @Xero. It's a complete mess.

  @Adester23 @TSB Yeah, Lucy said the same. First Direct and Starling are meant to be tops for service and customer service as well - plus First Direct have a switching incentive at the moment. TSB have been getting consistently worse over the last five years.

  @TSB Desktop browsers are struggling still and the bank website is not responding (tried with 2 different AP+cellular and various OS. Whatta bugger :}
