  So again @TSB have declined my granny's weekly @Morrisons delivery because they think the activity is suspicious. Pro because yesterday she renewed her @tvlicensing. It blows my mind a high street bank treats a 92 year old customer with enough to buy shopping 1000 x like this

  Please people do not use the absolute nonsense that's @TSB. Finding out that your 93 yr old house bound granny isn't getting her weekly @Morrisons delivery because suddenly after 5 months of it happening TSB decide it is suspicious and block the transaction is not what you need

  @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

  @TSB I have sent the photo. My son who is also a tsb customer has also just tried to deposit a different cheque on his own account and is also unable to do so with the same error code

  @TSB Also, you probably sent me an email, which I could not reply to - how rude,- telling me to an open an account with @TSB because you had just closed my account because it was not being run properly. I am terribly sorry but I could not work for 5 years because I had heart problems

  @TSB if you don't sort your sodding app out I'm moving to Revolut. The only reason I bank with you is I set this up when I was 15, and I've too lazy to change it. But if your app is gonna be slow, buggy and useless. There's no reason to stay.

  @TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.

  @TSB I have followed everything correctly. Photos taken and green ticks displayed for all details. When I click deposit I get: sorry this service isn't responding. TSB error code MCD19
