Graham Teale (@GrahamTeale) reported@TSB you blocked my card, then unblocked and approved transaction. Then immediately blocked my card. You rang twice just for two seconds with no caller id. Customer Service states same thing, will call within 24 hours . Very poor service. Get your act together

In the banking crisis ou charged me ยฃ10.5 k in fees for this crappy service when I could not work because my sister was dying. Rethink your business model.

Potters (@spotter75) reported@TSB So how can you describe it as being free of charges then - sounds like it is triggered when ever itโs paid off. So if the customer pays early (unless in the last 90 days) they will pay a fee. Your website doesnโt make it clear. Heard of Consumer Duty?!
