@TSB The previous working day for your lot being nearly a WEEK before. For me, and many others, we were working on the 2nd. Anything to smack us with some charges. Also, still discrimination.

When you spend 2.5 hrs of your dam life life to get through to pay car insurance and the bank @TSB block your payment incase its fraud sent me a text after 3 attempts by the insurers then that system blocked even tho I set up Autorenew for my car ins 3rd Yr NOW NO INSURAN

After being a victim of fraud, ruining my Christmas and New Year, and being forced to wait for almost 2 weeks for a replacement card from @TSB , I'm basically told "We did nothing wrong, we don't care." Go **** yourselves.

@TSB Hi, is there a problem with online banking? I have been told on the menu I need new login info and when I create completely new passwords it's saying it can't be the same as the old one. I can't access my account now.
