@TSB can you please explain where my money is? You made 4 duplicate payment from 02/03 which I understood there was an issue with everyone. But You’ve then made another 3 duplicate payments. You put the money back in but there is £120 now randomly missing. Stop stealing my money!

@TSB Not the first time something like this has happened, let's be honest here @TSB . Over the past few years there has been a plethora of errors that has put the customer in a financial mire. All customers should be compensated and all fees removed.

@TSB I reported this as fraud as thought my card had been cloned. Communication from TSB about the issue could have been made sooner to customers. Was this a security breach? Can you tell us why this happened?
