Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?

Size Twelve (@BigTaes) reported@TSB Once again you advertise an outage from 11.30pm on Sat 6th Dec, but the site is already down at 10.30pm "whilst we make some changes ". Why do you repeatedly take your production systems offline way ahead of advertised outage start times? Are customers an inconvenience? 😡
