    Well @TSB are loosing a customer today. They can’t help me on social media or over the phone. You people are incapable at send a paying in book and your phone advisors are rude. You have closed 2 of my local branches and you want me to travel an hour each way to my “closest”.

    @TSB Been trying to make a payment since this morning but it keeps being declined and I'm told someone from TSB will call to check the payment with me. No one's called. I've been on hold on the phone line for ages. Can you please help?
