  @TSB Haven't been able to log in on app/browser since 9am on the 22nd Aug. Apparently it doesn't recognise my account.. Any idea when you will fix this issue? This is happening way too often! 🙄

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @TSB Just want to say thanks for wasting my lunchtime today. Went into local branch with a cheque to pay my credit card bill early (advice from website) only to be told no cos statement hasn't generated 😡😡😡

  @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

  i am seriously struggling with the @TSB issue. you wouldn't let me change banks and forced me to be cut off for staying!!!!!!!!!
