  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment
