    @TSB Haven't been able to log in on app/browser since 9am on the 22nd Aug. Apparently it doesn't recognise my account.. Any idea when you will fix this issue? This is happening way too often! 🙄

    @TSB Hey! I’ve not had a card with yourselves since early/mid 2020… why 6 years later is this card reappearing on my credit reports as a closed account? It seems rather odd… I had loads of problems getting the account actually closed on my report back then.

    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020
