@TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.

Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon. When I got through to customer service she said that was the part that wasn't working so they'd switched the system so everyone was getting codes. I think that's what overloaded the system. I did get just two codes this morning from last night - about a 14 hr

@TSB You’re giving the same stock responses to all the customers in your feed that are experiencing the same issue. It looks like this has been going on for days and it’s still unresolved. You’ll have customers leaving in droves; no one needs the added stress in the current climate.
