    @TSB Well I've never been to a bank who point blank refuse to allow you to pay in cash or cheques at the counter, so was just wondering exactly why you have a counter service. I'm at a loss as to why else I'd visit a bank other than to deal with money? 🤔

    @TSB It wouldn't send me a one of passcode. I've used another account from a different bank for the purchase now. But still unable to access my online details even with the pass code text I received.

    @TSB @Thimble99137638 I also cannot approve payments on the app. The 'approve payment' button is dead and does nothing. I have tried this on 3 payments for a business account. No customer service open or chat. Totally unacceptable for a business customer not being able to order goods needed urgently.

    @TSB I've had the same number for over 15 years. I've manager to access via my Samsung tablet but still can't access using my Samsung 21 phone.

    @TSB 1 of your machines has taken money from my account, but KEPT the money! Your bank was closed & there appears to be no way 2 contact you unless you're a TSB customer - even in the case of such fraud. Please contact us urgently so we don't have to worry about this until Monday

    Been trying to get through to @TSB for two hours to discuss a mortgage. Phone has been answered twice, they’ve said they will put me through to the ‘mortgage service department’ and then cut me off. How is this acceptable?
