    @TSB I have been ringing your complaints department for 20 minutes now - it just rings and rings and rings - if you can't be bothered to pick up for complaints I shudder to think what the rest of your service is like

    Any account holder at @TSB be aware. The @CooperativeBank are looking to take you over. Their customer service is terrible. Vote ‘no’ if you can, leave if you can’t

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB horrific customer service. TSB just blocked my account simply because I was transferring money to my open banking application. Now no way to reinstate my account and no one helping. Bank with anyone but them!
