@TSB Hi Jacob. It wasn't a login issue. It was inability to complete Make Payment to selected person. I have completed what I needed to do now but it took hours of retrying. Mostly getting held up on confirm password to authenticate payment. Thanks

@TSB No it does not address the issue of offering a service and not providing the wherewithal to use the service! What is the point of having the Post Office do your banking if they don’t have the accoutrements? Pathetic! @PostOffice

@TSB my Debit and Trustcard Visa cards don't work at @Tesco pay at pump machines. TSB says speak to Tesco and Tesco says talk to TSB. Can you both get it sorted, I am sure I am not the only customer with this problem.

“We cannot take responsibility for contactless charges being used on your card, if you’re telling me you didn’t give your card to someone else” the crack fraud team at @TSB telling me it’s impossible for someone to steal money from my account. Give me strength!!!
