@TSB @itsonly_h I haven't been able to access my account for 3 days now! I just get Bad Request 400 and 'something went wrong'. I have bills to pay to people who have livelihoods! When are you sorting this out?

Very unhappy to get a letter from @TSB telling me my local branch is closing. Yet another rural bank gone. Nearest branch will be 13 miles away. Five banks down to one from Forres high street.

@TSB Etc etc etc TSB have abandoned any kind of face to face customer service, despite using that very selling point in marketing only a few years ago !!

  • HeatherHeggie Heather Heggie (@HeatherHeggie) reported

@TSB I'll be closing my account today, no other banks seem to have these constant issues

  • devon_road Devon road Surgery (@devon_road) reported

@TSB Please please please can you sort out the bug in your systems that keeps disconnecting bank feeds in xero. This has been going on for weeks. Very poor service!

@TSB Is there still an issue with mobile banking says wrong id but def not.

  • N4John John O'Leary (@N4John) reported

@TSB I'm still getting bad request - can you update but please not with the usual, 'We're aware some customers are currently experiencing problems across our mobile app and Internet Banking. We're working to solve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.'

  • SortYourselfOut John Conroy (@SortYourselfOut) reported

@TSB Hi, understood but it’s a doddle for someone else to photo that card surreptitiously and they’ve got all the info they need to steal from the cardholders account and that might be difficult for the customer to recover their funds from.
