Nicole Barlow (@Nicole_Barlow1) reported@santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

Ben Dover (@Bendover749) reported@JJBmufc @TSB The website works fine

Sharon mckay (@martell0507) reported@TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks

sf 🏆🏆🏆🏆 (@custardpie17) reported@TSB thanks for letting me know you became part of Santander four days ago. I shall be closing my account tomorrow, fifty years after opening it. I left Santander several years ago after announcing their DEI credentials which was more about the staff and less about the customer

Carolinejp (@cjp3063) reported@TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@TSB There is little point in having an account on X if you cannot actually access your account through it. You have already closed one of my accounts without telling me - after taking £10.5 k in charges off me in 2007-8 when I could not work because my sister was dying.
-
Laura Robertson 🎯 (@LauraRobertson) reported1st of the money and can’t get access to my accounts again @TSB

Sam Milne (@sammilne91) reported@TSB I’m currently trying to pay a bill, I’ve approved it on the app and tried to continue on website but I’m just getting 4 green dots and nothing happening?
