All credit to your social team, @TSB. The lousy "chat to us" function and the mortgage customer helpline, not so much. On hold for 6 mins so far (this time).

@TSB My wife went into your Cameron Toll branch today to advise the death of her mother. Only to be told all appointments for the next 2 weeks were blocked out. Bereavement clearly not as important as sales appointments at TSB. Disgraceful customer service. Very upset wife.

@TSB hi, is the online banking app not working? It’s telling me the service is unavailable?

@TSB You stopped my card from working online. My children and I are covid positive, I can't order food to the home. I have to wait 5 days for a code to activate. The icing on the cake was when someone said pop to your local branch. Shall I bring covid to you?

@TSB Yes, I've spoken to someone after half an hour of being passed around. Yes, I'm getting a new card, though no one can tell me why I need one. I've been a customer for 39 years but my patience is wearing very very thin. Just a call or a text is all it takes...

@TSB I just got told by a member of your staff the manager will call me back in 24 hours about an issue with updating my mobile number. What number is she calling me on if I can't update my number?

@TSB Is it impossible to contact anyone if you're not already a customer? 2 wks ringing the branch-never an answer. Drove 30mins to the branch today-not open till noon. Try central no.-need an account no. Use online chat-need an account no. Is it impossible to open an account?

@TSB Is your website not working again? Wouldn't show me an update of my account transactions and is now stuck on "Phone security authorisation required" as I'm trying to make a payment.

@TSB @PrideOfBritain Total *** of a bank, they don't give a f**k if I send all 'MY' money to a gambling site and lose the lot, but try to buy the best performing asset of all time, Bitcoin, from a reputable exchange like Coinbase, I am told they are protecting me, corrupt bastards.
