On the Business banking phone line I say “order paying-in book” only to be told I don’t have an a/c which has that option. Presently been on hold 17 minutes.

The worst thing are the abysmal chat bots which don’t seem to have been programmed by English speaking people.I’d vote the @TSB one to be worst ever.
