All credit to your social team, @TSB. The lousy "chat to us" function and the mortgage customer helpline, not so much. On hold for 6 mins so far (this time).

@TSB Hi. I completed an online complaints form on 14th Feb and had no response or acknowledgement for an issue going back to August 2021. Your website says I would have had an acknowledgement within a week!! Can somebody help plze?

@TSB your app is down yet again, in the same week you temporarily stole money from customers' accounts by duplicating transactions. Time to change banks.

@TSB Hi, I recently closed a business bank account but now I realise I need some bank statements from it. I don't have internet banking access anymore - is there another way to get the statements?

@TSB Just found about this after checking my transactions. My duplicate payments even included a £575 transaction. Why were your customers not contacted directly about this issue instead of posting a generic tweet?
