All credit to your social team, @TSB. The lousy "chat to us" function and the mortgage customer helpline, not so much. On hold for 6 mins so far (this time).

Whoever is responsible for the abomination that is the @TSB Business website needs a strong talking to. A “Continue” button that automatically logs you out. Cracking feature.

@TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK

@TSB (Fort William) Please return the £350 you have mistakenly took from my daughters account .. you said you'd fix this over a week ago and still nothing .. in todays climate where every penny counts its pretty much disgusting ..they are a low income daily with a 1 year old ..

@TSB won't or can't close an old charity bank account and can't help me exercise my personal Information right to be forgotten. Then cut me off part way through a phone call after you've fought their automated call handling. GAH! BIG 5 BANKS HOPELESS.

@TSB Hi. Is it standard practice that cashiers close an hour before the branch? It would be helpful if this info was on the website. Oh, & congrats on employing the rude & patronising staff that berated me for not knowing this, arguing that bank hours hadn’t changed in 200 years

@TSB your gallowtree branch in Leicester is terrible, always closed for staff meetings or lunch, and when you do go in, staff are rude. Just switched to you. Bad decision
