    @TSB No I won't DM you privately, people need to know how poor your service is. I am getting the same error message on this outtage as the one I got the last time & the time before that AND the time before that. "We are having trouble authenticating you device blah blah blah.

    @TSB It's sky Internet causing a problem. Turn WiFi off and use mobile data to access your app. Hope this helps someone.

    @John170277 @TSB t is a Sky issue but only affecting those services connecting via particular DNS severs. Sky have acknowledged the issue to JISC who provide internet connectivity to universities. See @jiscmi

    @TSB In all fairness I rely massively on WiFi where I live because the reception of my phone provider is terrible this just couldn’t happen at a worse time we have 2 young children to get ready for there christening and not being able to pay people is embarrassing to say the least

    @TSB I’ve just managed to sign into online banking on my phone. Switched off the sky WiFi and used my phones mobile data (3 mobile) - can sign in this way.

    @art_fashy @TSB In order to know how to respond to a given situation, you need as much information as possible to make an informed decision. When there are issues, whatever the source, it should be a simple common curtesy to keep your customers as informed as possible.
