  @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

  @TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.

  @TSB what's going?? I raised a complaint last week, eventually got a reference number yet no acknowledgement via email that my complaint has been logged or even properly recorded?? Everyone I've spoken to doesn't seem remotely bothered or really interested - terrible service!

  @TSB what is wrong with the app yet again !! Constantly getting messages "oops something went wrong , try again later" This is beyond a joke now with the app, it has gone on for years , don't have another issues with any other banking but #tsb

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   Can Someone have a word with @TSB devs and make a dark mode app icon please. It’s literally the only app that lets me down for a clean UI. Oh and add some notifications options please I’d love to see in and out goings etc.

  @TSB is it usual to have the app say i couldn't access moving money by stating "too many slaves and wives try again later" 100% not a joke it literally popped up.

  @YouTube i sent you a message and franly you are building the platform into a go kill yourself if you are poor space. i find your managemnt of the issues intollerable though i am too poor to fix it and have been kicked into the not paying pile as i cannot access my bank @TSB
