    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @TSB When do you plan on fixing "ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong" ? Cannot pay my rent if I can't access internet banking. Occurs on the first log-in screen. I can see others are complaining about this as well.

    @TSB I have jumped through every hoop and I've done everything you've asked and it has made no difference. It's your turn to jump through hoops and do everything I tell you. SORT THE PROBLEM AND LET ME KNOW WHEN IT'S FIXED.

    @TSB Your newish overt security.... why, when I 'approve a payment' using your app, does your app NOT send me back to the merchant's site to 'continue' the purchase! It just leaves me in the lurch. Several purchases lost, particularly ticket buying which has a time out.... ☹

    @TSB It's now two days since my complaint started. When is the issue with the app going to be fixed so that I can "Approve payments"?

    @Tesco @TSB please sort your payments out. This new verify with a code each time you hit checkout doesn’t work. It’s slow, it’s clunky… and it keeps crashing!

    @TSB I tried on a laptop I'd not used TSB on before - got to the login screen, it kicked me back to the user ID page with the claim that details were incorrect (they were not). If I try to click continue on User ID page now, I get the same error code as earlier.
