    @TSB Customer since 2008 now without a valid reason tsb has decided to close my account. Despite repeated follow ups through phone calls & branch visits, I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve raised a complaint too and theres still no response. Is this how loyal customers are treated?

    @TSB Sure, I can do that. I don't have any screen shots. To update, @JonnySherlock 's tip of linking on a Chrome incognito page has worked for now, surely the Tsb IT team can follow the breadcrumbs to whatever the problem is?

    @TSB closing an account for a customer, then saying you don’t owe an explanation for anything because that’s your decision!! Wish I knew this 15 years ago and became a loyal customer to any other rival bank! What a big mistake

    @TSB I have still not got a response from customer relations, my account is still being closed for not a good enough reason. No way to contact the complaints team, the only response I keep getting is my message will be passed on and it will take upto 8 weeks for them to review my case

    I tried to transfer money from my @TSB account to my revolut and it got flagged as potential fraud. As a result, TSB has locked me out of my account, so i have no access to any of my money. Been on hold for 45 minutes to try and get access to my account. How.. useful? 🤡
