    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @MartinSLewis @TSB have taken duplicate payments from hundreds of their customers again, causing stress, anxiety and financial issues for many. Would we be entitled to compensation from the bank due to this please? Thank you

    @TSB This is disgusting and a massive inconvenience for anyone at this time. With the cost of living going through the roof this error should not be happening. Contact the bank as well and get compensation

    @TSB do you have any idea when this will be resolved when I spoke to customer services they didn’t seem to have any answers just “as soon as possible” that’s not really good enough. @TSB your staff are dealing with this the best they can at least give your customers some answers

    @financialombuds The current issue with @TSB and duplicate transactions is not a one off and has occurred again after a ‘planned maintenance’. Will you be asking TSB to compensate those who have going into debt and what actions will be taken to TRY and stop this happening.
