    @TSB you need to look at the lack of customer service(!) provided at your branch in Longsight Manchester.The treatment of an 88 year old woman (I know she was 88 because a member of staff asked her across the bank.)She was then left to stand and wait for 15 minutes at least.Poor.

    @TSB your web site says 8 can stop my debit card via the mobile app but there is no option to do that and you are not accepting phone calls. If any money goes missing I will hold you responsible.

    So the brave new world of cloud apps and platform integration have seriously time wasting connectivity issues. Specifically @Xero and @TSB fixed fee account, using the open banking Tink API. Which would you ditch? 😠

    @TSB my partners just set up an online banking, it set the account password as random letters and numbers before we had a chance to write it down, kicked us out and now we can’t log back in. telephone says can’t connect call, we have two password attempts left, please help!!

    @TSB why is there no provision in your branches for disabled customers to be seated whilst in a queue? It makes going into a branch almost impossible (given the normally very long queues).
