@TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

@TSB I moved my business account to you 18 months ago and it was the worst thing I ever did. Have never encountered as many problems with a bank as with yours. You ought to fined millions by the regulators for your appalling service and constant IT issues.

@TSB Same thing happened a while back and it took ages to fix. I'm in the middle of Ukraine, can't access my bank or withdraw money. ******* useless you lot are. I'm switching.

@TSB No: telephone, mobile or online banking, cash machine won't take the card and chip and pin device declines the payment. What is going on? What is the issue, were you hacked? Are our accounts safe?
