@Sarah22013154 @TSB The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that does not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Unitechnicrat for help. Good thing is they did help fix my acct.

@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

@Lord_Rob83 @TSB Functionality does come and go on the website ( can't speak for the app, no smartphone). I think there is a lot of uncontrolled tinkering at @TSB which is scary for a bank. Also still mistakes left from the 2018 disaster so clearly no supervision.
