    @TSB All that money you are saving from shutting local branches, perhaps you could direct some of it to getting a working app, I mean you ain’t a start up company FFS!!! Others i speak to say I never have problems with my online banking - guess what they don’t bank with TSB 🙄

    @TSB I think you need to pass this comment to your superiors and explain that a lot of customers are complaining all of a sudden, following a script to fix it for every person isn’t the answer, it makes the bank look incompetent. It’s now 10pm and it’s still down btw

    @TSB Join and get sky for a discount, but you won’t have reliable online or app banking access and a bank that doesn’t acknowledge publicly that there’s an issue
