@NewPOGuy That’s rubbish. You get blank paying in slips at banks, why can’t they be used? Sounds like you can’t be arsed to do a decent service and @TSB doesn’t care whether you do or not.

@TSB banking app allegedly lost my id. Wants to set me up again and when I confirm I want code via my mobile it reverts to "we need to set you up" so frustrating. And yes I can use internet banking but just not as convenient. Does anybody even know what the problem is?

“We cannot take responsibility for contactless charges being used on your card, if you’re telling me you didn’t give your card to someone else” the crack fraud team at @TSB telling me it’s impossible for someone to steal money from my account. Give me strength!!!
