@TSB Hi, I have some paper notes to exchange. Is it ok to deposit them into the cash machine? Due to work commitments it's almost impossible for me to get to one of your branches. Also, can I deposit it after Friday?

Not terribly impressed @TSB decided to give online help a try re. Mortgage. Simply wanted to know what my rate is as its unclear when i log in and where it is on website Was given wrong info, very unclear. Ended with being disconnected. Thankfully i saved transcript, woeful CS 🤬
