  @TSB you need to update your bank . Its 2026 and the app is not up to date as it should be ive got a few ideas Consistent design: Ensure the app and website feel the same across devices.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB worst customer service ever....third time account blocked for no reason. Twice my account has been restored over chat, however the person named Lax Sharma decided not to help today and closed down the chat cause she couldn't be bothered, very poor display of help.

  @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.

  @TSB another ‘first of the month’ and another online banking outage. It’s bills day. Pay day. Money needs to be moved. How can this keep happening? Sort your IT out.

  I have to say that the @TSB chat function is absolutely terrible; waiting at least 3 hours for a response to my query (having erroneously charged me interest two months in a row despite promising not to, and having previously offered goodwill payments to prevent my complaints)

  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  @Ginger_Tucci @TSB They closed our local branch and brought a weekly bus in. I used to watch people queueing in the rain to access their own money. TSB actively hate their customers
