@TSB How would you feel Tom? Thousands in an account that no one can give you access to in an entire week?

  • emsymac21 Emma McLean (@emsymac21) reported

@Susan60332483 @TSB Susan I phoned them and they can’t tell me why it’s been cancelled. So I have no access to any money til my new card arrives! Very handy when you’re a single parent with no one else in the house to borrow money from

@TSB I had a letter today saying ‘you can now access your online banking’ then when I log in it asks for a number you haven’t even sent yet. What kind of new customer onboarding is this?

  • SortYourselfOut John Conroy (@SortYourselfOut) reported

@TSB TBH this isn’t really an ombudsman type issue. I’m simply highlighting an issue which WILL result in card fraud. I’m doing this to help you but if you’re not interested then I can’t force you to adopt better practices.

  • DeadsHarvey HarveyDeads (@DeadsHarvey) reported

@TSB Having a problem making an online payment to Aldi. Is this due to your new pain in the arse system where some transactions have to be authorised through the TSB app?

  • DominicOskwarek Dominic Oskwarek (@DominicOskwarek) reported

@TSB @Ballstocancer @PrideOfBritain Worst bank ever. Opened account a week ago and have thousands sat in it and still can’t access it in anyway. #RejoinLloydsBank #Amateurs

@TSB @Farewill to deliver the worst possible news but no....it was your automated text service...and to make matters worse, the phone rang again just over an hour later with the same msg. How dare you...
