    Why is it when I pay off my @Barclays credit card it clears within hours but @TSB want to take a 2-3 working days?! Clearly the technology is there

    @TSB The sign says “until further notice” … and there were no staff visible from the street - the service from this branch is virtually non existent and there is no longer a nearby or suitable alternative #notgoodenough

    @TSB I'm still getting bad request - can you update but please not with the usual, 'We're aware some customers are currently experiencing problems across our mobile app and Internet Banking. We're working to solve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.'

    @TSB Will do, but your over-zealous security methods, whist appreciated, are a massive pain. As for the level of service & advice, I don't see TSB winning any 'Pride of Britain' awards they're so fond of sponsoring, nor have I witnessed any of the helpfulness you boast in your ads.

    @TSB I set up my support staff's pay to go out today and two payments are still pending. One of my staff has had a bill bounce back and will affect her credit rating. Quite rightly she isn't happy with me. I'm furious, your online system is shocking and I'd never recommend TSB

    @TSB Please please please can you sort out the bug in your systems that keeps disconnecting bank feeds in xero. This has been going on for weeks. Very poor service!

    @TSB Etc etc etc TSB have abandoned any kind of face to face customer service, despite using that very selling point in marketing only a few years ago !!
