    @TSB when will your online payment function be working again?. It changed from approval in-app, which was painful at best, to now a SMS one time code that never arrives! Are you going to inform customers?

    @TSB Online payment system still not working. It would appear TSB IT support only works 9-5 Monday to Friday. Heaven help TSB if there is a cyber attack or mass hack like Optimus at the weekend

    @Xero @TSB Tried everything here multiple times - stuck in a constant loop trying to login to bank and then taken back to either error page or told to login again. This is wasting hours

    @TSB As I said I use face ID to access my account on a daily basis, no idea of my user ID. Bloody farcical. It’s problem after problem with this app. What number do I need to contact to get this resolved and waste more of my time because of your colleagues at IT **** up.

    @TSB I think I may have some fraudulent activity on my account but cannot get through to speak to anyone and the online chat cannot help - can you advise on what I should do please? Keen to sort asap

    @Xero @jamesbrice20 @TSB At least up until last week we could renew the bank feed manually, but NOW we can’t even link it whatsoever!!!!!! I thought you said the increased price would bring a better level of service!!!!?!???

    @TSB @TSB - code sent through this morning, 12 hours after I needed it - and now, trying again to place the order, same thing happening - no code being sent. What's the problem?
