Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

Really getting frustrated with how often @TSB goes down. Every month at payday it always goes down and then I get screwed over for my bills. What other banks have better service and a better mobile app for mobile banking? #NewBank

@TSB You need to get the some skilled people on this bank and people with app skills. Shambles. Trying to pay 20 people in Uk. They need money for essentials. It’s 2022 this **** is unreal.

@TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day

@TSB TSB has closed down all but two branches in our region and say that online banking is better. Better for who? Better for profits, shareholders and executive’s salaries. Pay day today- bills to pay and can’t login - shameful.
