  Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

  @TSB @financialombuds How can it be legal for a bank to deny access to our accounts, debit and credit cards and direct debits for almost 24 hours and all they tell you is we are aware of the issue and are working on it! No meaningful update has been provided AT ALL!

  @TSB I’ve been your customer for 35 years, you continually have issues and today I had to make an important payment which so far I can not do. I will be moving account on Monday and closing down all services I have you.

  @TSB I just log in using memorable info on app instead of Face ID ( Face ID it’s still not working and showing error message ).

  @TSB This is an absolute shambles why it’s taking all day to fix this is beyond me I’ve got bills to pay shopping to do and can’t because it’s still down what are you going to do to sort your customers who have been effected!
