    @TSB is there a problem with the banking app please? My son sent me money by bank transfer and it’s not credited 2 hours later. He regularly send money to me this way. Can you help?

    @TSB I have finally managed to log in to my account. However sending a text very late on a Sunday saying I’ve gone overdrawn and then online banking not working is shocking! Can you imagine the anxiety?!

    @TSB I've just reinstalled the mobile banking app from Google Play store. The app opens, briefly shows a login page, then closes. I am running Android 10.

    @TSB When the system goes down and some days I get repetitive texts telling me that I am in my overdraft..which I know...I am not really moaning as I have another acc where there app works.
