    Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

    @TSB is there a problem with the banking app please? My son sent me money by bank transfer and it’s not credited 2 hours later. He regularly send money to me this way. Can you help?

    I transferred the money once it was back in my account and this time there was no problems with @TSB it transferred straight threw to my other bank account,hope this helps you.

    @cheesedoff3 @TSB Isn’t it the pits? I’ve just spent hours and hours on a similar issue except it’s my audible and Amazon accounts. I know they want us to be secure, but blooming eck

    @TSB £240 sent to husband at 12 am he still has not received it and I no longer have it in my account where is it? How long will this take to fix, I sent him £8 at 11 and that worked.

    @TSB I have sent money at 00:20 and its gone without any trace to follow.. also no info on when the issue is going to be resolved or where my money went. In app chat is useless as i have been waiting for 2h and there is no response whatsoever. I want my money back in my account.
