Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

@TSB No it does not address the issue of offering a service and not providing the wherewithal to use the service! What is the point of having the Post Office do your banking if they don’t have the accoutrements? Pathetic! @PostOffice

@TSB banking app allegedly lost my id. Wants to set me up again and when I confirm I want code via my mobile it reverts to "we need to set you up" so frustrating. And yes I can use internet banking but just not as convenient. Does anybody even know what the problem is?
