@DavidHuddle4 @TSB No, they don't. Just tried to ascertain this from an horrendously aggressive and patronising member of staff on the phone who told me that I didn't need one, and he didn't even bother to tell me that 6-digit passcodes have been down for at least a day. Plenty of time for an SMS.

@TSB Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere, tsb habitually wastes my time and denies access to my money

@Happyhoof7 @TSB From a customer, I wouldn’t bother. Plenty are doing incentive offers that have much better service. I’ve just switched myself from tsb. Not for an incentive, just so I can access my money when I need to.

@TSB Just say it, you and I both know the whole service has gone down again like it does every few months 💀

@TrishBrady16 @TSB Problem is, where to? They all seem as revolting as each other. Banking is a terrible experience these days.

1/ @TSB on the rare occasion I am forced to use my account, I am almost always greeted by some level of incompetence be it, website errors or the un-user friendly app. This time, your un-user friendly app failed to recognise my password. Because of this I had to create a new

@TSB Is there a problem with transfers and debits? I did a transfer and it sent the money twice, luckily only between my own accounts. I've also made a debit transaction and it's not showing in my pending transactions

  • happymamma36 Jo (@happymamma36) reported

@TSB u cannot blame lack of footfall, especially from 2019 -2021 as everyone was coerced by the Gov,to believe the C-19 virus was on money & killing us all. Ppl with mobility issues cannot walk an 8mile round trip to withdraw money. Coercion on a grand scale. TSB was always used

  • happymamma36 Jo (@happymamma36) reported

@TSB not everyone wants to go cashless - real money is worth more, shops are charged each card transaction, which pushes up prices to the consumer! In a £££ crisis a bank is the one place ppl should be able to access. What would happen if the Internet went down? #Banks #cash
