@TSB has the worst customer service I've ever experienced I've had a complaint open with you since the start of Jan The claims handler has since gone awol and won't respond to my calls or emails! The way you've handled my account is appalling it's causing me unbelievable stress!

@TSB I tried on a laptop I'd not used TSB on before - got to the login screen, it kicked me back to the user ID page with the claim that details were incorrect (they were not). If I try to click continue on User ID page now, I get the same error code as earlier.

@TSB Hello! Please can you let me know when the Bromley branch will next be open? Went down at 1.40 today and it was shut with all the lights off. Website says it should have been open. Thanks xx
