@TSB Hi Tom, no I dont use the app I'm afraid. I've tried with 2 different cards and same issue. The error specifically says the code entered is wrong when its definitely the same as the text message. Theres not really alot more info I'm willing to supply over a social media platform

@TSB You can see the flaming payment has gone out. I am disabled and if this keeps happening, I won't be able to use pay at the pump. Who is going to be at fault for the discrimination @TSB or @Tesco ? Didn't have an issue when the holding fee was £1, can afford to let that hold.

@TSB No point in sending DM as I tried again on my home laptop after sending my Tweet and got through ~ weird or what? There was a block on getting verification code on my phone which in last attempt wasn't needed anyway as login went through without code needed ~ Thank you

@TSB I contacted your office with a issue that requires immediate action I explained my situation and was asked if I minded being placed on a short hold which thinking I was being helped I obliged yet it was 5 minutes before closing i heard hang up on him. Mute your microphones

@TSB any issues at your side with one time passwords? Trying to make a purchase online with credit card. When i need to enter the 6 digit OTP and email address it keeps telling me that the code is wrong even although I'm typing in the code supplied thanks!
