    @tsb could take a leaf out of @BankofScotland book. Kilmarnock TSB offers no Saturday counter service (despite at least 3 members of staff) BOS 1 min up the road offer everything. Makes all the difference to people who work Mon-Fri.

    @TSB I am unable to log into Internet banking on a browser, tried a laptop and a mobile phone. They both say "site can't be reached" or "were experiencing technical difficulties", when will this be resolved?

    @TSB someone please get intouch i have filled 2 online dispute forms now as i keep having a company i dont know charge my card. I have called i want these funds back as i do not know who they are and the lack of help and constant bloody forms is a joke you havent even stopped it!

    @TSB why have you’ve disabled changing passwords on website? Also why when I did try to change it can I only choose up to 15 alphanumeric characters? That seems like poor security in this day and age, that’s easily crackable in 2023. Seriously thinking about a different bank.

    @TSB Please you payment approval on your mobile app is still not working after the promise to fix it today.Businesses are now handicapped in meeting certain obligations.

    @TSB I’ve tried hiding the toolbar but it still doesn’t let me at accept/reject. I’ve tried using the smallest text on my phone but the text size doesn’t change (that’s an accessibility issue).

    @TSB Log in refused consistently when details are correct, this has been endless since the migration. Constantly locked out of my account, you do not resolve, changing banks, it's a joke.
