The entire days plans up the wall thanks to @TSB They really should be punished for their treatment and lack of responsibility towards their customers. Completely stranded as cannot get to my money or access their app/online banking #tsb

@Lisehu70 @TSB This is happening to me too.... One big and more alarming issue is that I am in Crete on holiday and can't access my money. TSB are a joke.

@TSB can finally access my online account but it’s not showing the payments I made this morning - do I make the payments again or is this another error?

@mattknights1997 @TSB I thought the app was just down but it seems to be worse than that 😞

@TSB @dancinboy4eva It’s still down on desktop safari and Google chrome and iOS and android apps. People’s tax needs to be paid. TSB, this is very bad timing!

  • 89lindam linda (@89lindam) reported

@TSB Do you know when this will be resolved? I have bills to pay and need access online to do this

  • NorthernRail01 Damon Nelson (@NorthernRail01) reported

@TSB you planning on letting anyone buy lunch today? Bet your CEO doesn’t have any issues…

  • laurafairs Laura Fairs (@laurafairs) reported

@TSB The problem is that although you’re tweeting an ‘update’ it’s of no help whatsoever to customers. More details/a timeframe - a solution?! This is why you get angry replies. You may as well not tweet at all.
