  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @TSB So how can you describe it as being free of charges then - sounds like it is triggered when ever it’s paid off. So if the customer pays early (unless in the last 90 days) they will pay a fee. Your website doesn’t make it clear. Heard of Consumer Duty?!

  @TSB I’ve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?

  @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?
