@TSB yet again the app and website is down.... need to pay bills. I want access to my online account and i want to be able to pay my bills... Shambles of a bank. At least 6 service issues a year. Leaving by close of business today

@TSB I've already gone through the closure process so I don't want to try and change it to avoid any issues. However it would have been nice to know that you'd be sending a cheque rather than being able to do a transfer before starting the process rather than right at the end!

@TSB Down again! Can't transfer money to my son who is out celebrating his 18th and has had his cash stolen. Nice! It's never-ending. Deffo leaving now! Bank of Noddy and Big ears would be more reliable!
