Was anyone else affected by @TSB 's issue whereby they took payment twice? Just wondering if you have had it refunded yet as the 24-48hrs has now passed and I'm still waiting.... 🤦

Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

Has anyone tried Starling Bank (a UK online only bank)? I only need a simple current account, no overdraft. @TSB (The Substandard Bank) are still not allowing payments so I'm now looking around for other options for once they finally allow access. Any recommendations?

@TSB 2/2 - there is nothing on their website telling people of the problem. I have had no information from TSB and it’s continuing into Sunday. This is appalling customer service.

@TSB TSB not authorising online card payments. Codes come through 12-24 hours after trying to make payments and refusing to discuss the issue over the phone . Awful customer service - AGAIN !

@TSB you've been 'working hard to resolve the issue...' with online payments since Friday. Still nobody can access their money, nobody can speak to an agent online, nobody can speak to a live agent without a long wait, and then just to get the 'we're working hard..' non-reply 1/3

@TSB trying to authorise a payment for an online order & waiting for a code to be sent to me but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m abroad and phone is working fine. Any ideas what the issue is? Or how I can authorise it via online banking??
