    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    @TSB As a loyal personal customer for many years opening a business account seemed the obvious choice. You turn me down but then say I should reapply as Ltd Co but then reject again, why bother? Makes no sense ??

    .@TSB why can't I speak to a person about my mortgage? I've requested two call backs, had none, phoned the local branch, had no answer, online chat was no help and told speaking to someone in a local branch is not an option. Why is it so difficult to speak to an actual person?

    @TSB Just spent a long time on the phone trying to speak to an advisor, but nobody's home. Why all the secrecy on your website about when it will be possible to to speak to someone?

    @TSB I know its not your fault, and charges are explained, but i find it scandalous that people save there money with you, sometimes large amounts , and then when you want to access money whilst out of the UK, you have to pay for it.

    @TSB Is anyone working in the call center today? Spent over an hour on several different calls and I'm only getting the automated voice as well as being hung up on after a lengthy wait

    @TSB This is exactly what I'm complaining about though...why advertise a call back service and then tell customers to phone? What a waste of time.

    @TSB I am currently on hold waiting for the verification team. On that occasion I called 0345 835 3844 I have also called 0800 096 8669. I wished to transfer money to a friend and my internet access was blocked. This started on 19/10/22.

    @TSB you've locked me out of my account and asked me to contact fraud prevention, this was yesterday at 5pm, I've called 5+ times and spent almost 6 hours on the phone, still locked out and customer support won't do anything, please help

    @TSB @Billy1Young TSB I’d ask you to change the terminology - “hearing impaired /impairment” is outdated & not used by deaf / hard of hearing community. I’m a TSB customer, I’m Deaf too & it sucks to see this inaccessibility, so I totally get Billy’s frustration. Please offer alternative solutions
