  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @TSB your customer service is shocking forgot to put me on hold whilst joking with a colleague as I asked to escalate the call to a manager saying errr complain complain complain and laughing. Not professional at all, this is several issues now since coming to Your bank maybe time to move

  @TSB Just want to say thanks for wasting my lunchtime today. Went into local branch with a cheque to pay my credit card bill early (advice from website) only to be told no cos statement hasn't generated 😡😡😡
