    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    @TSB I went to post some stuff today, my bank acocunt has been wiped out. You've left me with **** all. What am I supposed to do?

    @TSB This is literally unacceptable. What an incredibly useless bank, this issue needs to be solved within hours and you need to issue refunds, if not COMPENSATION, within days. How laughable from one of the UK's major banks...

    @MartinSLewis @TSB have taken duplicate payments from hundreds of their customers again, causing stress, anxiety and financial issues for many. Would we be entitled to compensation from the bank due to this please? Thank you
