    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    I'm on holiday at the moment. Went to pay for Neal last night and my tsb card was declined. Twice. And again this morning. is anyone else having the same problem? @tsb @carddeclined

    @TSB No good enough for pay week @TSB I have no access to a bank as local branch doesn't exist !! Need to make transfers

    @TSB Not good enough! I have a works lotto syndicate to pay for tonight! Imagine if the winnnng numbers come up and I couldn't make the ticket purchase as a result of your poor service.

    Our of interest is the @tsb app problem stopping people making card payments in person or withdrawing cash does anyone know? As if it is I won’t go out to the shop this afternoon I guess!

    @TSB I’m honestly appalled at this ongoing problem. It has caused me great hassle and therefore I am strongly considering changing banks. You should be ashamed.
